The best customer service from sales to management! I have to say some people should really keep their reviews about the topic. Car buying experience! Some cheap man on here writing about a stolen $500 item that he probably never had! Like who leaves an expensive item in the car? I hate to see someone writing wrong things on reviews especially it seems pretty racist like he’s profiling a manager at the dealership. What is wrong with you? Anyways buy a car from here you won’t be dissatisfied!

Avoid at all costs
After catching the manager, "Noble" Jones, dishonest and demeaning behavior toward me during a meeting, he retaliates by threatening a lawsuit. A $500 item was stolen from my vehicle during routine service, and now the manager threatens to sue me for recording his abhorrence and disrespect!? Police and Acura corporate had to become involved because of the contemptible actions of this dealership. I recorded the manager's deceitful and disgraceful "customer service," over a $500 item stolen during routine service, and am threatened to be sued. Avoid this place!

After catching the manager, "Noble" Jones, dishonesty and demeaning behavior toward me during a meeting, he retaliates by threatening a lawsuit. A $500 item was stolen from my vehicle during routine service, and now the manager threatens to sue me for recording HIS abhorrence and disrespect!? Naperville Police (Case #9022-000802), Acura corporate, and the BBB had to become involved because of the contemptible actions of this dealership over a class 2 felony theft (as the item in question was over $500). I'm happy to share the exchange with any interested parties (contact me). It's shameful for a dealership to keep someone like "Noble" Jones Jr. on staff, even especially after his actions are brought to light, with proof. Moreover, management outright stated they would not make any attempt to right the wrong in terms of corrective action or financial reimbursement (that exchange was also recorded verbatim and readily available - they were even informed the conversation was being recorded and dismissed my complaints). AVOID!

Jordan Sullivan was a great salesperson to work with.
Jordan Sullivan was a great salesperson to work with. After talking to a dozen dealerships this month, I can say that Jordan was the most straight-forward and helpful. He let me know once the new Integra was in for a test drive and which allocations were in the pipeline for reserving in a prompt manner. The dealership doesn't have you jump through hoops + imaginary markups on new orders/allocations like other locations do.

Horrible Service Department and UNETHICAL Dealersh
First, let me say I have been buying vehicles and recommending the dealership since it was Continental Acura on Ogden Avenue in Lisle back in 1990. I have purchased or recommended the purchase of over 16 vehicles from the dealership. Now to the reason for my fury! I purchased an extended vehicle warranty with my vehicle on my last purchase. At some point, I went to the dealership (still Continental at the time) and Neil Hoyle, a Service Writer, printed the coupons and gave them to me to use in the future. These coupons range from free tire repair to a free ultimate detail. There are no expiration dates on them and there is no fine print stating any other reason for their expiration. Recently, I called to schedule an appointment to have one of my two Acura’s receive the "Ultimate Detail" and use the coupon. When the Service Writer booked my appointment, I asked about the coupon and was told, “yeah we are still accepting those.” The next day when I arrived at the dealer, I presented the coupon to Sara Juchcinski, Assistant Service Manager, and she said “no, we don’t accept those anymore. (One additional comment before I continue – it is quite unappealing and unprofessional for an employee to have their Dunkin Donuts breakfast bag and their large coffee frapadrinky occupying a customer-facing reception podium. So unsanitary and such an eyesore – doesn't Sara have any professionalism as the face of Advantage Acura?) She took the coupon to Neil Hoyle and returned: “yep we don’t take these anymore.” Furious was my first reaction. How could they not honor this agreement? Do they not have some obligation to honor the good-faith agreements of the previous ownership? Needless to say, I will proclaim from the highest mountain tops three things: In my opinion and based on my experience, Neil Hoyle is not a customer-focused Service Manager – those who have their vehicles serviced at Advantage Acura should beware. Secondly, what kind of dealership doesn’t honor good-faith agreements made by previous owners – are you sure you want to do business with them and thirdly, how can Acura allow such behavior to scar their brand?

Advantage Acura Naperville is Amazing!!!
SIMPLY AMAZING!!! I just want to say to everyone I dealt with at Advantage Acura Naperville, Leroy my salesman Ragad internet sales, Jordan whom did the phone contacting thank you for excellent service. I live about 1 1/2 hours away from Advantage Acura Naperville. The day I was headed there to test drive the car I was looking at Jordan contacted me to let me know the weather was not safe to travel into Naperville. I insisted in coming anyway! Then Jordan’s manager called shortly after explaining how horrible the roads were and due to safety for all he was closing to get his people home safely. They insisted I wait until the next day for no other reason than my safety. We rescheduled my appointment the next day. Jordan reached out the next morning to confirm my appointment and say safe travels. When I finally arrived at Advantage Acura Naperville I was greeted by my Salesman Leroy who was AMAZING! He didn’t push me at any point for anything. I explained to him what I needed and where I needed to be as far as my trade and numbers to having my own financing. Leroy was cool with all of that he let me do what I needed to do to make my purchase of the car I bought extremely effortless. Not one time did anyone whom I dealt with attempt to pressure me into anything. They addressed any concern or questions I had about the vehicle I purchased right away. They took the car in the shop took a look at it made sure everything was tip top changed my plates from my old car to my new one, all in extremely cold weather. Leroy even double checked everything to make sure everything was as it should be! I will most definitely send anyone looking to buy a car to Advantage Acura Naperville and tell them to ask for Leroy!!! Great Experience
Awesomeness is a great word to describe the dealership and my sales man, Greg Pew. I have purchased 3 Acura’s from this location and each time Greg and Sharon has been more than helpful. Very accommodating, process was seamless. Honestly I was in and out with my new purchase within 90 minutes. I call and tell Greg what Im looking for and he took care of the rest. When I arrive at the dealership, he and Sharon are ready and waiting for me with keys in hand. Paperwork with finance is seamless also. If you want a good salesman recommendation, Greg Pew is the guy!!!!
