Visited this dealership to learn about the Mazda lineup,

Visited this dealership to learn about the Mazda lineup, and walked out shaking my head. We were met kindly by a person at the front desk, but were turned over to an unenergetic young sales person in Joe. He didn't seem interested in helping or trying to sell us a vehicle. We ended up buying a different brand from a professional dealership and sales person that same day.

Recently had a great experience helping my daughter buy a

Recently had a great experience helping my daughter buy a new Mazda. Our salesperson Rosa and sales manager Mark couldn't have been easier to work with. Showed her a few cars and colors. No high pressure to stay when she wanted to go look at a few other brands. Once she had settled on the Mazda, working the numbers and finalizing a deal was very nice. One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Thanks Napleton Mazda!

I looked at many cars and did much research., I ended up buying a Mazda CX 50 from napleton Mazda of Naperville. Gabby was the best sales person on the planet and the dealer treated me fair. I totally recommend.

Parts and service is horrible.

Parts and service is horrible. They try up charge on everything including regular price alignment with a flyer stating 179 and they say 199. I have been a mazda customer since 2008 with 5 cars, never again will I purchase a vehicle from this location or napleton mazda again. Don't purchase due to the lies and up sales.

Easy to business with.

Easy to business with. No pushy/hokey/high pressure sales tactics. Our salesperson (Brian MacGee) was extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and courteous throughout the entire process. In the end we felt like we were treated fairly and professionally.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Most customers see value in these products; however, this is why it's clearly listed on the addendum as "optional" We will gladly not sell them to you and just the sell the vehicle only if you like.

great experience buying my new CX-5.

great experience buying my new CX-5. . Tom was very helpful and professional. Walked me through the new bells and whistles that new cars have now, since my last car purchase was in 2017. The whole process took less than one hour. Everyone at the dealership was professional and efficient. Best experience.

Dishonest buyer beware

Use another Mazda car dealer. Be VERY careful with the numbers in financing they are very dishonest and shady Extra warranties were added with no disclosure. Additional service was added with no agreement. Correct down payment was not added. No print out of each cost. Shame on me for not going over line per line on that day but due to grieving a loss my head was not in the right place. I went back the next morning to discuss and request a print out I was told warranties would be taken off and I requested print off of every charge. Numbers are still not correct and I am now working with a lawyer. A lesson learned for sure.

Jeff is the best in the business.

Jeff is the best in the business. He truly helps the consumer get the best value for their dollar. A nice personable human who handled our purchase. After being in the business for 29 years, he has extensive knowledge of cars. This dealership knows how to keep the business going. This was the first car purchase I had to complete independently, and I felt zero pressure. Walking into a dealership and being fed tons of information can be nerve-wracking. Jeff gave me advice and his opinions but never pressured me into going with what he said. I felt confident and educated throughout this entire purchase. I could not have got this fantastic car without him. Thank you, Jeff!!!
