Precision Ford went above and beyond to make sure our buying experience was excellent. Jay, Rich and the entire team were a real pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new Ford! You wont be disappointed!

Very nice and knowledgeable about the car. Did notice though The driver sun visor was soiled when we left with the car. Not sure if maintenance had dirty hands when going over the car. Hope I can clean it up

Daughter's Car Purchase

My Daughter purchased a car while on summer break in 2019. We were recommended a by dealer a 2016 Nissan Altima. The car was a good deal or at least we thought it was. Within a few days we had to take the car back because it keep losing power while driving. The car was taken back to the service department and was driven they told us it was nothing wrong with it. We drove it home and had to take the car back again because the car was losing power while driving on the highway. The car was once again taken to service. They kept the care for about two weeks. I actually googled the issue and found the problem. We thought it was finally fixed. My daughter attends college about 5 hours away so we needed a car that was reliable. Fast Forward a check engine light came on, it stated that there was problems with the transmission. My daughter took the car to a Nissan Dealer near her college and was to told that the transmission was dead and will probably need to be replaced. I am very disappointed, we have not had the car for a year and have had several issues. We did buy a warranty so thank goodness for that. I not sure if Precision Ford knew these issues before selling the car to us but they should have been aware. This has been an inconvenience to my daughter as she is making payments on a college student's salary and the car has had these issues. Unsatisfied Mom and Daughter

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I signed all...

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I signed all of my paper work for the 2020 ecosport then got a phone call that the dealership had sold the car and there was nothing the could do for me. Never going back to precision ford. My sales guy Sam was amazing. The sales manager Dalton Butler was beyond rude and demanded me sign for another car $6,000 over my budget.

Great people! Everyone was easy to with. Made for a pleasant experience and got exactly what we were looking for at a great price. Will definitely use this dealership for my next auto purchase

I’m very happy with my Ford Escape. Also you can’t beat the friendly staff that will go out of their way to help you find the best deals. Everyone seems to have great knowledge of the products they sell. I highly recommend Precision Ford.

DOING WHAT IT TAKES!!!

The Dealership went out of it's way to locate a truck for our Company. The truck was located in Miami, Florida. They not only picked up the truck but delivered it to us in Fayetteville, NC. Thanks to the dedicated staff and Curt Higgins at the Dealership for going beyond a normal sales experience to making it an outstanding one!!!

Purchase and trade in

Excellent, caring service by all the Precision team, especially De'Quan Walker. Traded & left with vehicle the same day. Would definitely recommend to place others!
