Great Dealership, awesome staff, keeps me coming back.

Recommend this dealership and salesman EVERY time someone is looking. Service has been awesome the few times I have needed it as well. My experiences here have even brought me over from different car makes in the past.

New Promaster City

Amazing Service and Price!

We worked with Joe Nicles for our new Pacifica. He was fantastic. We worked completely via email and phone - I never stepped into the deal for a half a second. He got us the lowest price possible, to the point another dealer couldn't figure out how the heck he worked those numbers. Joe was super transparent on everything throughout the entire process. To boot, they delivered the vehicle TO OUR HOME ON A SATURDAY! Yep, you got that right! Someone showed up, we signed paperwork in about 15 minutes, we had keys, and away went our lease! I'm a sucker for great customer service and Shuman exceeded my expectations!

Strong Customer focus and Unbeatable Price

I had a great experience working with Nick Dalsasso and the team at Shuman. Going through the process of leasing a new vehicle for the first time, I asked a lot of questions, and needed a lot of help to find the right truck. Nick was really engaged throughout, working up options and answering all of my questions along the way, even as I shopped around. Additionally, he was very upfront and very transparent with me on any questions I had about pricing. He pretty much walked me through all aspects of the pricing, and we discussed all details openly. In the end I feel like a got a great deal on the prefect truck for me, thanks to Nick outstanding customer service. I'm delighted with my new truck, and I'm delighted with the great deal I got. Treated me Well

Great Experience with Service Department. Brought Grand Cherokee in for 80,000 mile service. The Service Advisor -- Tim Ferrin -- was Knowledgeable and Professional. Showed me the Factory Recommended service list on his iPad. Didn't try to force any additional items as some other dealerships will do. I appreciated that. Good to know they are honest.

Recall work

Chris Graham, Service writer was prompt and right on time. Recall air bag, no problem. A small interior problem was also taken care of for the price quoted and I enjoyed lunch next door while it was being taken care of. Thank you, Byron Agababian

they were very help full in taking care of my problem and returned the can when promised. this was a recall and they had all the parts on hand and a rental ready for me.

Recall software update

My service was scheduled quickly. The car was updated in less time than they predicted. Tim Ferrin was nice and easy to work with, He answered my questions and explained what he was doing.

Trustworthy and Caring Service Department

I have always received the best service at this dealership since I purchased my car in 2010. I dealt with Chris Graham and Chris Oprisiu, Saturday, September 16 and I received oil change, needed brakes and recall. After my drive home this time though, I notice a rattle that seemed to come from the steering? somehow. So, I called and talked to Chris Graham and he told me to come back and he would do test drive with me. I did that and after his patience of driving around with me the rattle seemed to have disappeared! Even though I felt very foolish, he told me not to feel bad and he wanted to check it out to make sure the car was okay to drive. I drove the car again on September 17 and it seemed fine! Thank you to Chris G. for driving around with me and Chris O. for covering for him while he was gone from the Service Department helping me out.

Antenna replacement

Dean Decker helped me with a broken antenna. He was super nice and helpful. The price of the replacement was very reasonable. I was in and out quickly.
