BEWARE and ready to get a second opinion.

BEWARE and ready to get a second opinion. I was quoted a service on my 2017 with 76,000 and also shown a video where the lied about what needed to be done. They quoted me $6,500 to fix the problem which was again, not what they said, not at all what was needed and is going to cost $500 to fix the actual problem, which was the valve covers. They also told me I needed new tires, which I do not. I did have a weird wobble and as it turns out they put my back tires on backward the last time they rotated them. I took the car back the day after my oil change and they still did not catch it. I will never go there again and sincerely hope you won't either. The video of them showing me something that I didn't need, trying to charge me THOUSANDS of dollars and then telling me to go to the new car desk to see what they would give me on a trade-in since I said I couldn't afford that amount for a repair, was also very suspicious.

I went to Subaru of Olathe looking for an Impreza!

I went to Subaru of Olathe looking for an Impreza! Steve Botts helped me find the perfect Impreza with everything I wanted and within my price range. Shannon Brumley worked with me to complete the sell and was very patient and went back and forth with me while I worked with my bank to secure an auto loan. About 3 weeks after purchasing the car, the car had a mechanical issue that required a tow, and I remembered that Shannon told me to reach out to her if I ever needed anything with the car. I immediately called her for help. She helped me secure a tow to Subaru as well as hooked me up with a loaner car. Not only did she provide me with a loaner car so I could still get to and from work but she was able to have another employee bring the car to me! (I unfortunately cannot recall the name of the employee who was very gracious to bring the car to me). Weeks after purchasing my beautiful Impreza, I am still wowed by this team. I highly recommend Steve and Shannon and shopping at Subaru of Olathe overall.

My lease was up on my 2021 Forester.

My lease was up on my 2021 Forester. Jeff Creach reached out to me well before the end to go over my options. I did contact other dealerships to see if I could get a lower payment. The other guys wanted me to come in, and would not give me info through email/text/phone. I was happy with how Jeff was answering my questions so it was an easy decision. He had everything ready to go for me, so it was just show up, sign paperwork, go over some new features with James and leave in my brand new redesigned 2025 Forester. New building is a thing of beauty. Lots of selection. NO dealer fees or mandatory add ons. If you want a vehicle, this is the place to go. Ask for Jeff

The whole buying experience was amazing!

The whole buying experience was amazing! There was no hassle or back and forth on pricing. No hidden fees. The whole process was easy and was in and out within an hour. It was so easy that my father bought a vehicle from there as well. Definitely recommend Subaru of Olathe for your vehicle needs.

I wish I had more stars to give this business.

I wish I had more stars to give this business. They made the car buying experience…dare I say…comfortable and exciting! I loathe purchasing cars, makes me sick to my stomach. But I sincerely have a new outlook after buying from the team at Subaru of Olathe. I obviously want a great deal. But, I am not a good negotiator, and I don’t know what charges are appropriate, what fees and add-ons are right for my situation…that’s why feeling comfortable with the business you’re working with is so important. They listened to me, and I feel like they heard me and helped me make great choices. Everything was quick and painless, and they put my dream in my driveway! I would encourage anybody to go experience their warm atmosphere, transparent pricing, and overall amazing team.

Great place to purchase a car.

Great place to purchase a car. My deal was completed in 1 1/2 hr. Price was the price, there wasn’t any One trying to get me to over pay for my car. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would give the a shot for your business.

Great dealership for many reasons: -brand new building with free snacks and drinks haven’t used service yet but there were hardly any people in the waiting room-they have a bunch of bays for service -more new cars than any dealership I’ve been since pre-covid -great price for my 2024 Solterra, their first offer was less than another close dealerships last offer! -Fast and easy financing and paperwork -almost zero sales pressure or tactics, they seem to me like they know they have the best prices if you shopped around so let’s stop haggling and get the deal done. If you want a Subaru I would make this your first stop
