They advertise with a great price AND certified and then

They advertise with a great price AND certified and then get you on the lot and try to add on $3000 worth of add ons that they have already done, AND a $1000 certification price. That didn't sit right with me and the guy selling the car tried to say every dealership does that, but my dad just purchased two cars from other dealers and that did NOT happen. If they would just be straight up with the price and certification online, and gave people the OPTION to do all of the add ons they did when they got the car in, they would have gotten a sale out of me. They also gave me a joke of a trade in price. Joshua was who we worked with and he was a great guy, but I just cant do business with a dealership that moves that way.

Bait and switch at its finest.

Bait and switch at its finest. They lure you in with a great internet price then will tell you the vehicle has a protective warranty (which they have already done) and the pre-owned warranty. Make sure you ask for the small print before you get too far or you will end up paying 6k more for the vehicle. Don’t buy here!!

Buyer be very aware

The service dept sabotage my car. Broke a sensor, taped it back with black plastic tape. I refuse to go back there. My mechanic said it sabotage. It ran like a top going in. Now I’m waiting on the sensor to come so my mechanic can replace it. Also I was told a solenoid was replaced with out my knowledge. Very little recourse
