Don't go here. Their fees added to the purchase price and tax will be over $1,600. Not a penny of negotiation. They won't accept a cashier's check, funds payable immediately. You're forced to either bring cash or take their financing. I knew my credit score was in the 780-790 range. They told me it was 763. The interest rate was 9.5%. It took over three hours to get the car. Worst experience ever.

About as pleasant as a car-buying experience can be. Only hiccough was that someone else scheduled a test-drive of the same vehicle at the same time as me. Since you sign-up for specific test-drive appointments, conflicts like this shouldn't really happen. Nonetheless, while waiting, I test drove another vehicle and liked that one better anyways. My only complaint would be the mandatory fee for the PermaPlate treatment (not included in the advertised price unless you go all the way through to see what the out-the-door price would be). Maybe the 5-yr warranty that comes with the treatment will be worth it, but frankly, I don't ever appreciate mandatory dealer add-ons -- especially when I learned that the owner of EchoPark's parent company also owns PermaPlate. Definitely sus, but even with the fee, prices are competitive.

Amiyah is perfect. She kindly and politly to explain everything especially purchase process and vehicle history. Furthermore, She was kind to our daughter. We were able to purchase a car with no worries and happy to purchased from her.

Rather than immediately retriving a car for me to test drive, he focussed on my payment plan. This set the path for a successful outcome.
