ABC auto trader

Service is absolutely horrible. First, I called the dealership it took me 2 and a half hours to contact someone. That was after sending an inquiry and a text. Then I was told I couldn’t purchase a vehicle unless I came into the dealership. Huge inconvenience since I’m 300 miles away and wanted to purchase the vehicle before coming to pick it up. Then I wouldn’t have to take a day off work. Thank you but no thanks!

Worst car shopping experience… they advertising the cars that don’t exist just to get you to their dealership. We were confirmed many times and texted to come look at the car we were interested about . Took a day off from work and drove 3hours and when we got there, the sales lady knew nothing about that car. Total scam, can’t trust them… and two weeks later the car is still listed online with no pictures , so they keep laying to other people too. Stay away, I don’t recommend it to anyone…I would give -1 stars if I could.

I absolutely recommend this place!! The sales team aren’t pushy about sales and they just give you a great comfortable experience. I had the pleasure of working with John Lopez, he answered all my questions. The process felt like a breeze and I walked away happily with a new vehicle. I’m extremely glad I found this dealership! This is not a reputable dealer. Called to schedule purchase appt for Mustang vehicle. Called to get info on car and learn about dealer. And I did! Spoke with lady on the phone said her hame was Gail. "Gail" was rude and uninformed. She had no information to give and did not know anything about the vehicle. She redirected me to a non existent website instead of putting the owner or a real salesman on the phone. Needless to say I did not drive from Miami to their dealer considering their very poor phone service. At the end of the day the car they advertised is not on their lot and their listings on line are suspect. If you shop with they you are desperate. Love yourself ride the bus before you give them your money!

False advertising!!!! they have other car vendor like car fax , auto trader and cars.com market there prices but if you go to (abc auto trader)there actual website they start the prices at financing only.

The price shown online its not the real price, youll have to add 10k to 15k to that price, including $3,500 down payment and a $3,500 extra warranty that supposedly cover engine and transmission for 100k miles or 10 years which the dont event tell you anything about that warranty. Just a big joke. Thats why they dont sell you the car if youre paying cash.

I called and spoke with them 7 times to ensure a care was on their lot, one call was just before they closed. I was assured that the car was there. I flew down to purchase the car and they said “oh we sold it late last night.” So here I was stuck in Tampa with no way back home. I was lucky to find someone helpful and sympathetic with an airline. This is the WORST customer service on the planet. Scam artists, liars, cheats, shady characters. I would give them negative stars if possible.
