Went to this place back in March of 2022 to purchase a car…. I signed all my paperwork and got my paper tag through them and they stated someone will be contacting me so I can get my actual license plate… a week or so went by and nobody called… I decided to give them a call no answer… thankfully I had the number to one of them men that worked there and he told me that they had been shut down due to not paying for those cars on that lot smh…. He told me to file a complaint with the DMV and I did. So, months later I’m finding out that the car I have is not owned by crescent bank and the lien holder is another bank. So, I’ve been paying a bank that technically does not own the car so now I’m not paying them and I’m getting a lawyer because this is all a screwed up mess. I’ve been in contact with the other bank and they are now trying to figure everything out!!! This is a mess!!!

Worst dealership I have ever heard of. Scam. They closed down due to fraudulent activity now leaving numerous customers with loans. They never processed any of the paper work I signed. I’m dealing with so much because of them. I got my car out of desperation, after being hit in an auto accident. I am stressed and depressed. It’s taken a toll on my mental because I have to take time off of work, and I have to go to court just to get tags and titles in my name.. I’m completely warm out..

Made an appointment to see a car. Drove a couple hrs to get there. After I test drove the car and decided I wanted to buy it the sales staff let someone else test drive it. They were trying to sale the car to three different people at the same time and then they act like they didn't know it. And then they said the price they quoted me over the phone was only good if I financed the car through them if not it would be a lot more.The staff was rude and a few weeks later I saw one of their salesmen at a dealership in Orlando that was about the same. It's something shady going on with them. I don't recommend them at all.

Looking for a good reliable ride so I went to check out this dealership thinking they would be honest about there vehicles. I was wrong I was told this 2010 lincoln mkz was a nice ride you will like it. Saleman Julio kept trying to get me to get into this ride so I did I purchased it 5/20/2022 it was a nice ride for 3 days so it's here now 6/20/2022 1 month 6 different things went wrong with it. it was in shop more then on the road. If im going to pay $17,000 for something that is way over priced I would atleast like to enjoy it. Not with the people they are a rip off and a liar and have high mileage used cars I would never shop here again or let my worst enemy shop here. So now I'm out $1800.00 of my hard earned money

A lot theft they charge me 10.000 dollars extra I win the case against the dealership bad administration wait hrs in the trailer bad very bad dealer don’t go over there never mother f..

Worst place to deal with, we’re supposed to provide my copies through email, never did. I had also purchased the extra protection for my car that I wanted to have my copies as proof. Stopped by a couple of months ago to pick up the signed copies n was told they did not have the originals to provide me with copies n was told they would call me when ready. Never got called back to pick up my copies. As off todays I’m still waiting!!! Now come to find out they are permanently closed, nowhere to be found n nowhere to go to provide copies of my contract. Worst experience ever. SMDH!!!!

Verry hostile customer service my car was put into the shop when I went to pick my car car up they told me I had to pay the full amount on my warranty it states 50/50 coverage and they do not stand behind there warranty this is a second time the car was put in the shop for the same problem I would not buy from them go to bond auto sales better customer service and they stand by there word

Horrible experience I bought a car last month go to get the Lic plate and found out they had been closed for three weeks and it seems no one knows where they went….now I’m paying for a loan and can’t drive a car because an expired tag….the price was charged at the signing they offered a warranty that doesn’t work or by any chance they have. Calling email texting and no one have the audacity to call or write me back. Went there and several customers were experiencing the same deal. Now have to spend time and money to get my car back on the road and really don’t know where I’m going from here horrible place if they ever come back.

They are horrible! Absolutely unprofessional and rude. I would not feel bad if someone ripped the catalytic converters out of their cars. KARMA FOR TREATING PEOPLE BAD!

Told me to be there at 2pm tomorrow. Well I show up and almost got jumped by their employees sounds crazy I know that’s why they’re to be sued ASAP. Disabled veteran as well nice company won’t be here next month after attorney fees.
