Less than 12,000 miles on my Volvo and already had my...

Less than 12,000 miles on my Volvo and already had my shifter replaced, door light module replaced and it has been towed back to the dealer twice due to a battery that has been faulty for the last two years. Paid for a replacement once the warranty expired. I thought owning a luxury vehicle meant something. I thought the customer was always right. I was very wrong. I was accidentally forwarded an email of what this dealership really thinks about their customers. Who wouldn’t get upset after paying 50k for a vehicle that requires its battery charged every week since 2018? Oh and I guess a dashcam draws a lot of battery power when it’s turned off.
