I love the staff at Shopi-Car ! They treated me so well and I totally had an exceptional experience. The are a well-oiled machine and work great together and Truly enjoy each others company. I actually miss them. I still love my my car and tell everyone I find that is car shopping to go to Shopi-Car. They are the best forget the rest.

I set an appointment, I confirmed my appointment, and yeah I showed up 20 minutes late. The car was not ready to be test driven! It was in the back and the battery was so dead the first little jump box couldn’t start it. And it get better. I spoke with Mckaylia who I made the appointment with and she apologized. The next day I get an email From Berto asking me to set up a time to drive the car. I tell him about my waist of time and he tells me it my fault for not calling about being late. If ever there was proof of lying salesman this is it. I recommend you avoid this place and find a reputable place of business!

Please do not waste your time going to buy here.. the cars that they advertise are not ready to be bought.. they will lie to u and say they are working on ur car and are not.. they are just wasting ur time… beware

LIARS AND SCAMMERS! Stay far away from this place! DO NOT TRUST WORD THEY SAY. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS. THEY CLAIM TO FIX CARS BUT PROVIDE PHONY RECEIPTS. I CALLED THE AUTO REPAIR SHOP ON THE FAKE RECEIPTS I WAS GIVEN AND THEY REPORTED NEVER HAVING WORKED ON MY CAR. REPORTING TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL!!!

All I know I’m reporting them to the attorney general office. Liars liars .please do not buy a car from these people.took my car back three times and still the problem hasn’t resolved

They sold me a 2015 XC60 saying that it had a rear camera which it does not have a rear camera With three dealerships they have one loaner in my car has repairs that need to be done before the warranty is up they already had my car for 2 weeks because they couldn't find the title

I put a deposit on a 2015 Kia Sorento which they have advertised as “no accidents”. Later I did some research on the VIN and found out it had been in An accident out of state. It had front and side damage and was bounced around until finally it was repaired, issued a clean tittle, and sold to them at auction for 5k. I paid for a report and have the screen shots which I posted to Google and FB. Again they have it advertised for 15K and “no accidents”. I immediately wanted my deposit back and was given the BS story 3 separate times. No one has returned my calls either. I have never been treated so poorly while trying to buy a car and that should have been my first red flag to run. They’re incredibly unprofessional and rude. The deposit is 100% refundable and it has been over a week now with nothing pending. BUYER BEWARE!! Go elsewhere.
