Willing to go the extra mile to facilitate a favorable outcome, including staying past closing time and not rushing us out! This seems to be a huge problem with some other dealers..... Wished I could give 0 stars. Just got a nice car from them and the AC went out not even 30 days. The sad part is they want to charge me $1200 to fix it. They have nice cars but buyer beware. I was going to get another car from them but that is a negative.

I had issues with my car that I bought from them the next day! Oil leak, transmission issues etc.

My wife and I were lied to. We drove 12 hours round trip after speaking to the dealer and had gotten a cashier's check at our bank based on what we were told over the phone. We arrived and were shown the vehicle and it had been wrecked and the Damage had been covered up with putty and some kind of cheap paint. I specifically asked him if it had any physical damage or scratches and he lied to me to get us over there from Louisiana to Texas and told me the car was in perfect condition. Then he tried to tell us he could have it fixed for $100 if we would go ahead and buy it. The car needed a new front drivers fender and new bumper and would have cost a minimum of $1,500 to repair. Don't bother to try and do business with this man because he will say anything to take your money! Con man! We are senior citizens and he did everything he could to take our savings from us. It was an exhausting, frustrating, and disappointing experience.

I emailed and called Kayalar Motors regarding their advertised pre-owned FIAT 500 car. Murat took my phone call and was friendly and helpful but not pushy, which I appreciated. He answered my questions. Thereafter, I received two follow-up emails from both Murat and Abbey who were located at two different Kayalar Motors' dealerships. Abbey was very considerate and referred me to Murat since the vehicle I wanted was located at his dealership. Overall, I was very impressed with Kayalar Motors and am currently in the process of procuring a loan with intentions to buy a car from Murat. I also want to compliment Kayalar Motors on the great pictures and videos that they offer to virtually promote their cars; they show lots of interior and exterior photographs, which serves to personally address individual questions.
