While I was getting my 2008 Rav 4 detailed, I visited the showroom floor to look at the new Rav 4s. I was fortunate to meet Mose Dumas. Moses is an exceptional gentleman. I don't particularly like the experience of buying a new car and have had bad experiences in Florida in the past. I left the dealership twice in two days because I was unable to communicate with the new car manager but, thanks to Moses, I came back. Moses was able to complete the deal to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend him to my friends. He is professional, patient, friendly and a gentleman. If I ever decide to buy another car, I will talk to Moses without hesitation. Thank you, Moses. I love my new car! I completed the paperwork with Carol Hampton. I couldn't have asked for a friendlier, more professional or helpful person to finish my purchase with. I've brought my 2008 Rav 4 in for service before and have always talked to Carl. The Service Department is superb. My car was detailed and I can't say enough about the wonderful job that was done. A friend recommended Ron Hibbard Toyota and had bought a vehicle from Zlatan Durmic (aka "Z") and went with me to buy my new Corolla. I was very impressed with Zlatan. He is a nice, courteous, intelligent young man and my friend was absolutely right about him. I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle on that below freezing, icy day. I was merely getting out of my hotel room I had been stuck in for 2 days due to the extremely low temps. As I was browsing the lot, Mrs. Lydia, all bundled up, braved the weather to come show me the perfect car. I had previously owned a Camry and my new one is exactly the same in a newer version. Mrs. Lydia & crew worked dilligently to get me the best deal possible. It was an offer I obviously couldn't refuse! And the rest, as they say, is history! Thank you to Mrs. Lydia and the rest of the employees for making this car buying experience one of my most pleasant ever!

I went to Ron Hibbard Toyota to look at the Toyota Rav4 cars they had. I had driven a Rav4 for a week and was fairly certain that was the car I was going to purchase. I had a GMC Yukon that I loved, but I spent too much money on gas. I visited online to see the cars and Wayne Hobdy was the first salesman to email me about my possible upcoming purchase. He followed through without being pushy and I went in to meet him. He was very nice and knowledgable. I actually went in to just really look around and get pricing thinking in my mind I would go to another dealership I had worked with in the past. After 2 hours or so, I decided that he was the gentleman I would be doing business with. I had made my mind up what car I wanted but it was his personality and professionalism that convinced me to do my business with him. Mr. Hobdy showed me around where I needed to take my car to be serviced in the future and it was truly the cleanest service center I think I have seen. I would recommend to anyone to go to Ron Hibbard Toyota and to ask for Mr. Hobdy. I left there happy and excited to drive my new car. Thanks so much for everything!!!

I visited this dealership during the Thanksgiving Holidays to test drive cars for my mother. We did not feel pressured to purchase and received the best customer service from Moses Dumas. He was very informative and listened to the needs and wishes of my mother. Moses kept in contact with her over the next few weeks, informing her of upcoming incentives...etc. We returned on the night before Christmas Eve to test drive more models to ensure my mom was purchasing the right car for her. Needless to say she purchased a 2014 Camry that night and was pleased with the overall experience. We will do business with Moses and Ron Hibbard in the future!!!

I was in the market for a new 2014 4Runner. Ron Hibbard Toyota is located near my home and had serviced my old 4Runner for the past 9 years, so they were my first choice to begin my new vehicle buying process. Before visiting them, I did considerable research online and determined the style, color, options, etc. that I wanted: 4Runner Limited with Black Attitude exterior color and Redwood interior. I also determined the average price paid for 2014 4Runners per TrueCar. I visited Ron Hibbard Toyota and met with the salesman. While they did not have a 4Runner on their lot with the features that I wanted, they committed to locate one and deliver it to me. After the usual haggling we agreed upon a price that was fair based upon my price research. The sales manager located a vehicle in a nearby city and sent a driver to pick it up; however, that dealer sold the vehicle to another customer even though the Hibbard driver was there waiting to get the transfer documents. Subsequently, the Hibbard staff took extraordinary steps over the next few days to find another vehicle in a nearby state and deliver it to me at considerable time and expense to them. I was extremely pleased with the honesty, integrity and superior treatment exhibited by the Ron Hibbard sales staff in this process. I highly recommend them to others.

I have bought many a car in my day so I really dreaded and put off going. I have a new job that has me driving 1 1/2 hours one way so needless to say the gas was getting ridiculous; hence the reason for checking out the Hybrid. I was referred to Lydia Atmore by a good friend that swore I would never find a better car sales representative. Well let me tell you, she was correct! Not only was Lydia AMAZING but so was Carol Hampton (F&I Manager)!! They all did EVERYTHING in their power to make the transaction as painless as possible and as affordable as it possibly could be. They even stayed late to finish the deal for me. I would HIGHLY recommend Ron Hibbard Toyota to anyone that is looking for a dealership that truly cares for their customers. THANK YOU LYDIA, CAROL AND RANDY for as good of an experience you could ask for when making such a huge investment in a car! This is my first experience with a Hybrid so that review will come but the overall purchase experience would have to be rated excellent!!!

Lydia Atmore was the sales person who helped my wife and i decide on which Toyota to buy. She provided cars to test drive and explained our cost on each vehicle. We are grateful for her knowledge and helpfulness. She went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied.
