I wouldn't trust your mechanics and Colby almost lost the deal for you because of his condescending attitude toward my wife but Mike was nice and we left happy.

Arrived at 10:50 left at 1:15 seemed long for an oil
Arrived at 10:50 left at 1:15 seemed long for an oil change and tire rotation. Some oil spilled on the engine cover. Was supposed to be a vehicle wash at end of the service,that never happened. Just seems like the service has gone down hill. Service people are nice and very helpful

My oil change for my Chrysler 300 S was very expensive
My oil change for my Chrysler 300 S was very expensive over $440.00. I’m not pleased with that oil change shouldn’t be that expensive for a non-foreign car Chrysler 300 S domestic car not a European car or a Japanese car it was American made the oral price should not be so high at the dealership this is I’m not pleased with it at all.

Dan really helped me out and pointed me in the write direction in terms of my repairs and maintenance. Arrigo is good overall, i did not miss a day of work, they got me a rental during the repairing I did not feel stranded or left without. Continue the good work.
