DON'T BUY HERE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!
My husband and I bought a Ford 150 from these people and paid cash and purchased an extented warranty and also the dealer ship gave a 30 days warranty as well . Long story short!!!!!! Purchased the truck drove the truck home and that's the end of it.!!!!! Well if you lost me the truck didn't run no more it's been in the shop from purchase yall sad to say these people need to go out of business they are straight rip off car dealership. Buyer BEWARE DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP PLEASE. Me and my husband been going back and forth with these LYING people. So we gone have to take matters into our own hands and sue them. So that's where we are with this dealer ship.

Better get all your question answered before u
Better get all your question answered before u buy,because after purchase nobody will explain where why I was charged almost extra $4,000 .when the jeep was $29,000 before their fee,tax lisense ,tax I plainly ask my salesman if that would all ,was told yes. When I went in picked it up it was $ 36,705 ,couple weeks ago I add all of it up my price added to $33,369 I called and text with 4 people .I ask can get some kind of paper showing what that extra money was for. First guy said I would guess all of the extra you got but wasn't foresure. I didn't purchase any extras.i did the purchase on the phone .I was told someone would call back next day nothing. From then on all I got were text ,still no explanation answer .Last person was a manager or so I was told ,after last text about 23 minute .text back we have great financing options .so at that point I stopped trying. Sent BBB Knoxville I just want an explaintion.None my paper work showed it

Jim Cogdill has been a complete nightmare for me, ever
Jim Cogdill has been a complete nightmare for me, ever since I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee 2022 Summit Reserve. My Dealer was the worst I have ever dealt with. I ordered my new vehicle and once it arrived, it was dirty on the outside, food crumbs in the center console. No attention to detail, no customer focus. Once driving this new vehicle, I noticed that there was a rattle coming from the passenger side engine compartment. I brought it in to the service team and they were able to address the issue a few days later but upon pulling the vehicle out of the service area, they smashed by bumper and it had to be replaced. Here it is, almost 3 weeks later and I still don't have my vehicle. Whatever you do, don't buy your car from Jim Cogdill, none of these guys care about you after they get their commission. I can't get anyone to return my call to help me get my vehicle back. This is, by far, the worst dealership I have ever dealt with.

Terrible service department
My vehicle was brought in to have a headlight replaced. Two days later, the trunk hatch would not open. Brought the car to a different dealership to be checked out and they found that Gogdill actually sabotaged us by placing 8 nuts total in the rear of the car. One was stuck in the striker which was why the trunk wouldn't open, and 7 others were found holding the left and right tail lamps loose. Apparently they had tried getting us to come back for more service on the rear lights and trunk latch. Absolutely untrustworthy dealership. Do not bring your car here!!!

I drove over 100 miles to buy a 2010 Toyota Tundra that
I drove over 100 miles to buy a 2010 Toyota Tundra that they sold me without disclosing that the AC compressor was out and that both front axles were broken, and in unsafe condition (requiring repairs of $2575.00 after I returned). All they wanted to talk about was their "as is where is" policy, they avoided the public safety issue and then accused me of "threatening" the dealership when I told them I was going to report it. They had changed the tires before I arrived and there is "no way" a competent inspection wouldn't reveal BOTH of these problems. They didn't offer me a dime for reimbursement BUT I'M GLAD TO BE ALIVE. NO DEAL IS WORTH DIEING FOR. This dealership needs to be investigated by the Attorney General's Office. I would give them a ZERO rating if it was possible to do so.

First time buyers be careful! Do your own research on this dealership. Terrible customer serive after our purchase. I will never do business there again. This has completely destroyed me, in doing business with a dodge dealership again.
