I had a recall service completed.
I had a recall service completed. They got it in within a couple of weeks and completed the work in 4 days. They were polite and did a great job. My only reserve was getting someone on the phone. I had to call a couple of times.

Buyer beware. Be advised that you will be lied to.
Sales person not truthful. He withheld information about previous damage to the vehicle I bought. I didn’t find out until I brought it back to get the damage repaired.

Poor communication
No communication with these guys, lists cars that are not for sale. Not sure what's going on with this dealership but very poor experience.

Lacks respect for the customer
RAM is running a promotion of 20% off MSRP on 2022 RAM 2500's through the end of July I saw a truck online at Bob Johnson in Watertown on Tuesday and called to make a test drive appointment for Friday, giving the sales assistant all of my information, as well as information on the truck I wanted to test drive. I traveled three hours to the dealership. When I arrived, I was introduced to my salesman, Logan Bishop, who leaned back in his chair and asked "so what can I help you with?" I was confused, as I was very specific about the vehicle I was coming to see. When I explained the purpose of my visit, Logan tells me that they had three of the 2022 RAM 2500 diesels, but all of them were sold. In the meantime, my husband was walking around outside and saw the truck I wanted to test drive with a SOLD sign and a DELIVERY DATE of 7/21, which was the same day we were at the dealership. Back at Logan's desk, I struggled to keep my composure as I asked him why I was not given the courtesy of a phone call to tell me that the vehicle was sold and they had NO 2022 diesels eligible for the 20% off MSRP pricing in stock. At that point, Logan changed his story to say that the truck I came to drive JUST SOLD moments before I arrived and the gentleman was in the dealership filling out paperwork and that's why he didn't call. If the truck JUST SOLD and the gentleman was doing paperwork, why did the truck already have a SOLD sign on it with a DELIVERY DATE of 7/21. To avoid making a scene, I simply stood up and walked out, with Logan calling out to me as I walked away. Once outside, I went to look at the SOLD sign on the truck and Logan followed, again calling out to me that the truck JUST sold and if I stuck around, maybe something might change. The man was TAKING DELIVERY of his new truck! You have no other 2022 RAM 2500's on the lot. What was going to change and why didn't I get the courtesy of a phone call, as the truck sold well before Friday morning. The truck was sitting right in front of the dealership and was meticulously detailed for delivery. Logan must have believed that if he pretended not to know the purpose of my visit and lied about the vehicle JUST BEING SOLD, I would somehow be interested in purchasing a different vehicle from him. WRONG! It is outrageous that the dealership was given my location information and information on the specific truck I wanted to see, but failed to notify me that the truck was SOLD well before I left my home. Common courtesy and customer respect would have dictated a simple phone call to tell me they had no 2022 RAM diesels on the lot. On our way home, we stopped at Friendly RAM in Penn Yan, New York and I purchased my new RAM 2500 diesel in GORGEOUS Granite Crystal Metallic from a terrific salesman, Cassidy Case. I value honestly and integrity above all, and Bob Johnson RAM in Watertown failed to exhibit either of these character traits.

Subject: A Disappointing Experience at Bob Johnson
I am writing to share my recent experience at Bob Johnson's dealership, which unfortunately left a lasting negative impression. I visited the dealership with the intention of potentially trading in my vehicle and scheduling urgent warranty service. To my surprise, I encountered a series of disappointing events that prompted me to reconsider my relationship with your business. Upon arrival, I spent time on the car lot, waiting for a salesperson to assist me. Despite my presence, not a single salesperson acknowledged me or offered assistance. Disappointed, I decided to head indoors, only to experience the same lack of attention. With no luck in the sales department, I proceeded to the service department to schedule warranty work for my vehicle. The engine has been shutting off randomly on the highway, making this a matter of urgency. However, I was met with hostility from a staff member who provided no information about the diagnosis or potential timeline for repairs. I tried to deescalate the situation, but the hostility continued. While I understand that exact repair times may not be available, it would have been helpful to receive basic guidance on whether I needed to arrange for alternative transportation. I have been a long-time resident of the area and have used Bob Johnson's for vehicle servicing out of convenience. I have given your dealership several opportunities to earn my business, but each time, I ended up purchasing vehicles elsewhere. Regrettably, after this experience, I am considering taking my vehicles to FX Caprara in Alexandria Bay for future servicing needs. I am not one to write negative reviews, and I often discount one-star dealership reviews as unreasonable complaints. However, as someone who is typically easy to please, I feel compelled to share my experience. It is my hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and lead to improvements in customer service at Bob Johnson's dealership.

UNSAFE TO BY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE.
PREVIOUS REVIEW, I WAS MISTAKEN ON THE NAME OF THE MANAGER THAT I SPOKE WITH. HIS NAME WAS "SAM", NOT "MARK" THAT I PUT IN THE FIRST REVIEW. HOPEFULLY THE NEXT STEP WON'T BE FROM ME, BUT RATHER A.G. OR SOMONE FROM HIS OFFICE. THIS KIND OF PRACTICE SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED ANYWHERE!

Save yourself and go elsewhere
Bought a slightly used Jeep for $70k back in May. The purchase and delivery process were hectic. Found undisclosed issues as well as it was poorly detailed: they even forgot/neglected to install the rust protection device that i was charged extra for! I was eventually credited back for this after several reminders. The dealer took care of the detailing and a couple of the issues found but told me they weren't going to fix a few bad paint chips and seat damage after previously telling me they would.... all to save a few bucks vs do what is right for the customer. I wouldn't recommend them at all as their customer service is severely lacking.
