Jason has restored my faith in Arrigo. During the pandemic I had a particularly subpar experience here at Arrigo and I didn’t think I would ever go back. Jason not only gave me a great deal on a great car he put up with negotiating with me for an entire week. I know I’m difficult to deal with and he never got frustrated and never pressured me or try to force a sale. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a car dealer. I’ll definitely ask for him for my next car purchase.

I worked with a salesman who gave me a total of the car but refused to break down the numbers and what fees they charge. Called back to work with another salesman. We agreed on numbers and she was going to take it to her manager and give me a call back and it’s been three days now she never called back or responded to emails and when I called to ask for her, she’s not in again today and the car was already sold. So this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership and I will never go to them again.
