I own a 2007 Silverado light pickup that needs a little TLC from time to time. My maintenance record shows that I always rely on Premier Chevrolet to perform the work. The service managers are reliable and honest. If I ever have a question or issue with the work performed, they take care of me. Thanks to all of the staff at Premier for keeping my awesome and still running like a champ Silverado.

Problem not fixed. Brought in with coolant leak and concern over white smoke coming from the hood. The service person guided me to only select one of the issues instead of both, because apparently they charge twice to evaluate two separate issues, even though they were likely related. Once I got the car back, I could smell the coolant before I even got off the street the dealership was on. Plus, I get home and there’s a new engine oil leak that wasn’t there before. So, in conclusion, this was a horrible experience that was a waste of time and money. Avoid.

The service department was very friendly and prompt. They were able to expedite the fix needed on my vehicle because I was from out of town.

They were very attentive to my vehicle needs and the staff was very polite and able to answer all of my questions.

All good, process was easy and painless. They had the car I wanted and we made a deal.
