Well I don't know about the sales department because I have never bought a vehicle here but they are very helpful in the parts department and service department my wife and I have bought parts and tires here and my truck is in for servicing now they have been very forthcoming and very very helpful I will continue to use Bob Johnson Ford until I have a problem but as of now they are a okay with me!

We had the help of Peyton Smouse and had great experience dealing with him. I had an issue with my seatbelt and they took it in, fixed it, gave us a complimentary oil change and filled my tank. Even came and got my car 3 hours away to do the services as I couldn’t get the day off work I get it fixed. Good people, great place!
