After the fuel pump went on my 25 Bronco in the middle of

After the fuel pump went on my 25 Bronco in the middle of the ft Pitt tunnel, I had to have it towed to Kenny Ross. Mark empathized with my situation, got my car in and repaired within a week. Mark deserves to be recognized as he is the best person I have ever worked with in the service industry. Great work all around from the service team

Mike's daughter bought a vehicle from us this past Saturday, and he was aware of the purchase using his car as a trade-in for his daughter's deal. He was in contact with her several times during the sale, and today he brought in his title to sign over to us. He entered the showroom and was hostile towards the staff and me. He said he would not sign off on the trade unless we gave him more money for his trade outside of the car deal. I explained to him that we do not do that, and I offered to have his daughter bring back the car because he would not finalize the deal. He called me a vulgar name and then told customers in the showroom that we took advantage of his daughter, even though he knew the details of the transaction.
