Serra Buick GMC Champaign

Well I had different tires put on my then new truck and this shop did the alignment supposedly. I spent $1220 on tires install and 4 wheel alignment. But 9000 miles later(80,000) miles tires all my tires are wore wrong, from a bad alignment or no alignment. I talked to many places today and all inform it goes back to the alignment that most likely was done wrong here or not at all. When I talked to the service mgr today he did not seem to care much and was not offering any help. I'm sure if I went to Sullivan Parkhill in the first place I would not have these issues. Even Truck Trends says the alignment was the issue. Horrible costly experience. Maybe a BBB issue, not sure yet.

Low tire indicator during test drive. Said they checked it. Got home, and apparently they just filled the tire. Slow leak so $160 tire on my tab. Asked for reimbursement… nothing.

my husband and I bought a 2012 chevy silverado and not even 5 months later the engine needs to be replaced. . .we didn't spend a small sum of money on this truck. and when my husband called them there was no call returned at all, then he went in and asked what they could so about it to help us put since they sold us a lemon, the guy said " If we fixed every car that broke down after five months of leaving here, we wouldn't make any money!" this is NOT how you do business and they never disclosed anything wrong with this vehicle which thankfully helps us with our lemon law case, but this a warning for other people DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. they will take your $18,000 and then tell you your xxxx out of luck. NOT WORTH IT, will never come here again!!!!

All members of the dealership are professional and friendly, but our salesperson Carlos went above and beyond in finding me the vehicle I have been looking for at a phenomenal price. They gave me a fair amount for my trade-in and it was a very efficient process.
