The service department and scheduling is always high

The service department and scheduling is always high quality. I seem to have Mike at drop off and scheduling, he is always polite and professional. The text messages and recommendations for my car needs is a solid feature. This past service was for tires/breaks and pads. This was over $2,200, at checkout I was informed there would be a 3% card charge, if I had known prior, I would have used a check/debit that I did not have with me. Also, reviewing my bill, when scheduling was provided Subaru incentives of $50 off $500 service, was told I could use both. Neither of the incentives were applied, I would have scheduled 2 services if needed to apply $50 off. That with the $67 in card fees and no incentives, I missed out on $167 in savings. Was told the card fees just started. The repair service, timeliness of service, knowledge is always top quality.
