Great dealership with great people.

Great dealership with great people. Honestly I'll buy a car from anywhere, I just want a salesman I can trust and Tim Wilson was very helpful. I get it, you need to make money too, but thanks for working hard to get me the deal I needed to get out the door with a new used car at a price that didn't make me feel like I was being taken advantage of. You guys are great!

Outstanding customer service from Blake Eugene throughout the purchase process. We looked at several vehicle options and he was extremely patient while we finalized our decision. Extra credit for his patience during the finance process.

TLDR - Terrible communication, endless wait, and huge

TLDR - Terrible communication, endless wait, and huge disappointment. Yall should do as promised, or simply don't promise the customer when you can't deliver. I've been calling and texting them about a car for more than a week now. All they say is, "Got it, someone is going to get back to you right shortly.” During this time, I missed 2 great deals from other stores. Today, the car is sold, and yes, they were still promising me this afternoon to confirm the car's info with me before I decide to place a hold. Guess what, still endless waiting. In the end, I had to call another department to get further verification, and only to find the car has already been sold today. Don't waste your time with them and don't rely on their promises.

Blake was awesome.

Blake was awesome. Paperwork took hours - too long. Sales person was nice and helpful. Dealer didn't have a partnership with my lender. Blake was great. I don't appreciate the dealer forcing the purchase of the permaplate appearance protection product as part of the deal. Blake, the sales person, was very good.
