First Time Sabaru Buyer

Ken, the sales agent, was wonderful to work with, professional, informative, friendly, knowledgeable, answered all our questions and concerns. We were impressed with the car, but Ken made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Ray in finance made the unavoidable paperwork session as efficient and streamlined as possible.

In for 60k Service

I'm not sure what Mastro could do to make a service visit much better. Their online appointment system works well. It includes reminders and confirms. My service writer was courteous, professional, and did a nice job of reviewing my invoice with me as well as the near-future service my Forester would need. The waiting area is comfortable and has several small desks should you need to work while there. The complimentary coffee machine provides a variety of beverage choices and, surprise! it tastes great. Lastly, they do a very good job when they wash/vac your car. I have great confidence in the Mastro service techs who, on a past visit, solved a CEL that was caused by an insect nest in the fuel vapor return system gotten while my car was at a body shop. No one at the body shop or anyone they hired could figure it out.

Reponse to Survey of My Experience

I am satisfied. Cost reasinable. One request I feel was not granted but otherwise very good. I asked invoice state no oil leaks and it was not written on the invoice. We agreeded I would put a note on invoice no oil leaks. I was tld if oil leaks it would have been noted on invoice.

Great cars and customer servive

Nick was superb at assisting in ordering a 2020 Outback for me. He wasn't pushy, just wanted to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. He kept me informed of the delivery timeframe and it even came in earlier than expected. Kudos to Nick and all the others that are involved in getting me the exact car I wanted.
