I drove 2 hours to purchase my new car. The process from the initial phone encounter to delivery of my new car was seamless. They are a straight forward dealership who places the customer experience first. I would make the drive again to purchase with Jeff Wyler Dealership again.

This dealership is absolutely dishonest and shameless.
This dealership is absolutely dishonest and shameless. They sold me a vehicle with a wheel well that was literally ripped and held together with ZIP TIES. That’s not just lazy — it’s downright deceptive. They clearly knew about the damage and chose to pass it off to the buyer instead of fixing it. It would’ve cost them around $120 to repair properly, but instead they dumped the problem on me and now I’m stuck paying over $700 at a body shop to fix something they knowingly covered up. This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of integrity and respect for customers. If this is how they do business, I would strongly warn anyone to stay far away from this place. They cut corners, hide problems, and have no problem lying by omission if it saves them a few dollars.

Worse car buying experience ever! Dealer never submitted my title for transfer. They only did it after I reached out a month after purchase. I left messages for 5 different people and the corporate office. No one has returned my call. I would never give my business to a dealership that treats customers so poorly after the sale.

Any five star ratings have to be from friends or family! This dealership is shady. Sold us a car they knew had issues and took our awesome trade in too. The Kia they sold us has a blown engine now but we still have a car payment! Do not buy from them! I know several people who have had horrible experiences with them!

Chris was amazing to work with, they didn’t have the initial trim I wanted on the lot in the color that I wanted, but I ended up driving home in a new 2025 Chevy Trax 2RS. Chris worked to make this deal something that I could afford and I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman.
