I wish I could give this dealership a zero rating.

I wish I could give this dealership a zero rating. I purchased a car from a local listing and decided to take the car to get a full diagnostic report. The car had a CEL due to a bad O2 sensor. I wanted to make sure that was the only issue and nothing else. I also wanted them to add a fender liner on the driver side as the original one was beginning to fall off. After dropping the car off I was asked if it was okay to do an additional test for another $500 instead of the single test for $250. I told them to hold off, they went and did it anyway. I was then called and told that they couldn't do anything to the car as it had an O2 sensor issue, which I was already aware of so because of this they couldn't actually check to see if the car had any further issues, and when I asked about the fender liner, the dealership explained to me that "GM is currently on strike and no parts can be obtained." This was the biggest scam ever. These guys are criminals and the worst part about it was the car had a low battery that they couldn't even detect which is scary. This is supposed to be filled with certified mechanics and no one can find a bad battery. Terrible terrible place, avoid.

I will post every negative review about New Rochelle

I will post every negative review about New Rochelle Chevy and the Managing Director Thomas DeSola. I went to this dealer 4x for a recall that they called me in for, and it was always something every time. 1. they called me in stating parts were in and I should bring the car in made the appt with them to bring the car in the next The car set there all day and was advised they weren't aware I had an appt because the part was on backorder. I gave the name of the woman who advised me that the part was in and was told the part was not in and I don't know what to tell you. waited a week called was told to bring the car in because part came in when I got there Thomas DeSola was disrespectful and arrogant and informed me I had to pay for it as all the recall wasn't covered. I asked why I hadn't told this previously he responded it was a mistake things happened that's all I have to say. I asked him to make the situation right i have been here 4x dealing with this. He stated I'm not going to do the repairs I'll send you to another dealership I don't feel comfortable working on your car. New Rochelle Chevy is the worst.

Chevy SS service

I had them service my Brembo brakes on my Chevy SS. When I picked up the car the brakes were bright red. They cleaned every last speck of dust off the calipers?who does that? It?s the little things that matter

Terrible Customer/ Vehicle Service!

TERRIBLE! Don't go there for service or to purchase a vehicle. Everyone I asked that came in for service that day and any day I been there hated their experience.

horrible

Terrible. Horrible customer service and only when when I called to find out about my car at the end of the day I was hold it gonna wake 24-48 hours. No one told me when I dropped the car off and because I was absolutely disgusted at lack of communication and customer service. Then floored at the 200 bill not one person even told me when I called to find out about the car or when I dropped it off. Only to find out the warranty was an only a week after the expiration date and they had no interest in even trying to help me only to charge me 2000 to have it fixed.

NY State Inspection

I was a little nervous about going there. It’s my first time coming in to get my car serviced. When I just went in a few hours ago and they gave me clear instructions on where to go and what to do when I come in which was nice and reassured me. It was way different from what my friend described when they went to get their vehicle serviced. The place has improved from what I’ve seen. I would recommend going here if your car needs to be fixed.
