Our 2016 Sonata's engine failed and it was covered under

Our 2016 Sonata's engine failed and it was covered under a recall. The engine was replaced, no questions asked. When we went to buy a new Sonata this year, our sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Every time I've brought a car in for a recall or service, I've never felt pressured to have an unnecessary service. Sometimes the service takes longer than anticipated, but I've always been advised in a timely manner and once they even gave me an uber to go shopping.

Sales department is above average, finance department is

Sales department is above average, finance department is average but service department is HORRIBLE. They made me wait 3 hours for a 1 hour service then lied about why it took so long. They finally get it done, took 20 minutes then lied again about the complimentary wash and vacuum of the car. How do I know this was a lie? Maybe because my car was dry and the bird poop that was on my windshield when I drove up was still there. The service person practically threw the receipt in my face. They obviously have not heard. Of the phrase customer service.

Great service, great experience, I am very happy.

I had a great experience. Ben Hooper was extremely helpful in getting me into the car i wanted. No high pressure or stress. He just made the process very simple, relaxed, and memorable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle and will come back when I am ready to purchase another vehicle.

Do not expect warranty repair here

Do not expect warranty repair here. I got a Veloster 2017 1.6l a year ago. It was ~74k, now it's a ~80k. Used for commuting, changed oil recently. In Jul 2022 - Catalytic converter issue code, then knock sensor code and falling into "limping" mode. Looks like the known engine issue... And sounds too. Contacted dealership on 7/27, was told that it's still on Hyundai's warranty (150K). Scheduled appointment on Sep 14 (1.5 months in 'limping' mode!). Dropped the car on Sep 14th. Call them weekly just to listen to the music and (if I'm lucky) to be told that they are "talking to Hyundai to get approval", "technicians shortage", "no rental before approval", "no ETA". 1.5 months - with knocking engine, ready to a complete failure. +3 weeks (and counting) without a car at all. No idea how it ends. And when.

My mom purchased a vehicle from Titus will, this is her 4th vehicle from this location. She received a recall notice in regards to electrical issues with the lights. They suddenly stopped working and she is unable to drive her vehicle in the morning because the lights are not bright enough to see the road. Titus will gave us an appointment in late October and when we asked to possibly move the appointment up or get a loaner car, we were told, "everyone has problems," and that all of their rentals were broken. This is absolution unacceptable. When asked to speak to a manager, we were stone walled. The service department evaded our questions. The GM and other management here should be fired.

My son and I went to purchase a 2022 Hyundai Elantra

My son and I went to purchase a 2022 Hyundai Elantra N-series sedan the we saw advertised on Cars.com for $26,850. My son was excited to be purchasing his first brand new car on his own and had his heart set on this sedan. When we sat down to do the purchase we were told the price of the vehicle was $29,850. We told them that we saw the car advertised at $26,850 (which is the MSRP) only to be told that Cars.com was a third party advertiser and did not post the correct price. We stated we would purchase the car for the MSRP of $26,850 and were told they would not sell us the car for that price. The salesman stated that the $3000 market adjustment was lower that what Seattle dealers were charging and that if we didn't buy the car then someone from the Seattle area would purchase the car and gladly pay the $3000 market adjustment. We left the dealership without buying the car. My son had saved and gotten at $10,000 cashiers check made out to Titus-Will as the down payment and we were willing to trade our old car (trade value $3800) for only $2000. Needless to say we were very disappointed. We went to Bud Clary in Auburn and bought the same exact car for the MSRP of $26,860.

This dealership was difficult to deal with uncaring,

This dealership was difficult to deal with uncaring, unaccommodating for families and disabilities. Tried multiple times to set up test drive to purchase or build new (we are serious buyers & told them so) and they couldn’t be bothered. Talked with Jordan and when they weren’t helpful we tried to get a new sales person only to be fobbed off to a trainee because they were too busy. Taking our business elsewhere.

I shopped for a car two weeks straight. I drove the palisade at 3 different dealerships. I drove 4 other third seat suv’s. I came back to Titus Will to purchase and It was the best buying experience I’ve ever had. Came in to see how much they would give me for my trade. They matched another dealer’s price with no hassle. When I left to think about it, they didn’t pressure me or act pushy. Coralie was my sales lady, she knew I really didn’t prefer white and she got me the most beautiful color by trading to another dealership without me even asking. She has 20 years of experience and is so professional with so much knowledge. The finance guy was great. Came back to buy the car 3 days later and it was all detailed, stickers pulled off and full tank of gas. I highly recommend this dealership!

New car

Everything was handled in a professional manner. The dealer staff took away all the hassles of purchasing a new car. Being able to have the Credit Union paperwork done there saved that extra trip to their office. Loved the whole process! Thank You, Titus will.
