BE WARNED. STAY AWAT.

Found a Tesla Model X in their inventory. Spoke to Nate, one of the salesperson. Met with him the next day. As soon as I met him, he wanted to run credit, etc. I told him with all honesty that I wanted to see the condition of the Model X first. Soon enough, he brought his manager, Jared, out. The manager asked me if I was ready to buy the vehicle today. I said, I wanted to see the car first. He then proceeded to tell me that the vehicle is at their sister store and there is a pending sale. I then told them, "okay, then I'll keep looking." Now the manager suddenly sensed I'm a serious buyer and asked me if I can fill out paperwork if he can bring the vehicle in now. Pfffft. Oh, suddenly the vehicle is available for him to bring in DURING a pending sale? Please, I wasn't born yesterday. Waste of time.

worst costumer care

I bought a used van at the time. I negotiated the price with Victor Navarro who represented Nissan. He is the worst person to negotiate and does not know how to negotiate. He was arguing with me because I did not accept his ridiculous offers. He treats you as if you do not know numbers but I think he does not know numbers. He treats you like if you are ignorant and I am not. I showed him the numbers and he just touched his head as if he did not know what to do. This man needs anger management training

I needed help!!!

Some months ago, my showroom-quality 2011 Leaf was totaled by an SR-22 driver. I had begun to despair of ever finding a replacement after looking at 100s of cars in my area, My rental bill was piling up, nothing at all close to what I had lost, was available. A friend of a friend recommended Bobby Morales at Nissan of Alhambra. In two days I had another showroom-quality car, delivered to me, AT MY HOME, by Ottavio. They couldn't have been fairer or kinder. They restored my faith in basic human decency...Bravo!!! I am definitely a fan. They exceeded my expectations.
