HIGHLY recomend!

This was my second purchase through Volkswagen of Cool Springs. Both times, the salesperson did a great job of matching me to the exact car I was looking for. They did not play the "negotiation game" but rather listened to what I was looking for and gave it to me! I'd highly recommend! And shoutout to Peter, my sales consultant!

We have nothing but positive things to say about both the

We have nothing but positive things to say about both the finance and sales teams here at Carlock VW. We were especially thrilled with Peter, the iD4 specialist who conveniently enough was available to work with us as we bought our very own iD4. Both he and the finance team were very patient, informative, and never pushy for a sale. We are officially a VW family and will be back at this Cool Springs location for many vehicles to come.

Over priced and bad service!

I feel like Im getting fleeced every time I need a repair. They are not friendly and up-charge you for EVERYTHING. They quoted me $1400 for new tires. Goodyear only charged me $1007. There's a mechanical issue with my car right now which they quoted $1800 to repair. I went on line to see what the problem might be and found several videos like my car with the same issue I have, and that it shouldn't cost more than $600, to $800 to fix. I will never buy another Volkswagen. I will never buy anything from Hallmark VW (they must be happy with the two-star rating (out of 5) they currently have. two years ago I took my car in for repair on a shrunken cable that was now diverting water into the car interior. $4000 to fix! Adding insult to injury, my car sat in the shop with no one looking at it or working on it for 4 days. I recently called to see if I could get another quote. for a recent issue, when trying to schedule a date and time, they hung up on me. They never called back. I've had it with them. Done.

VW of Cool Springs provides a wonderful atmosphere and team of knowledgeable, professional, and thorough sales people. I am thankful to Robert for his quick response, detailed knowledge, and personal expertise regarding the sale and purchase of an SUV that will be cherished by my family for years to come. have been doing business with this dealership since 2012 & I'm now driving the 4th vehicle purchased from Cool Springs VW. In that time, I have seen a lot of employees come & go. I have had a few issues over the years, but they always made things right. However, the group that is now running the service department is beyond unhelpful. Do better.

Watch our!! Finance manager adds items to bill!

After the Finance manager Carlos added an upgraded protection plan to my contract that I did not agree to (he attempted to give me the run around once about it stating it was the plan I chose but absolutely was not) he refused to return mine or my husbands emails (we want written documentation for any legal action). We have written three times with no response. Very unprofessional and will be contacting the attorney general in hopes of resolution.

Damaged Window Tint

Came in for scheduled maintenance 8/17/22. They now use actual stickers for the oil change reminder, instead of the typical static cling. They put it on my ceramic tint and it won't come off without damaging it. I've called and been promised a call back, but haven't received one and can't get through to anyone that cares. May not seem like the biggest deal, but I drive an hour out of my way because they used to treat me right. Very disappointing.

BEWARE!

BEWARE! When the lease was up I was told I had to finance through them to buy out the lease. Then was told I had to come do it in person. Came in and after two hours signed all the docs reflecting a loan that was zero down. We were ready to walk out the door. Then the finance manager says "oops" I made a mistake. You are actually going to have to have $5000 down in order to get this payment. So we give them a check. Next day I set up Capitol One account and the figures are exactly what they were originally and that I signed for. NO mention or reflection of the $5000. It was simply gone. After MULTIPLE unanswered calls and texts the GM finally calls and tells me $2600 of that $5000 was for an extended warranty. NO ONE ASKED if I wanted to purchase a warranty! The remainder supposedly applied to loan (but not showing on account). 3 weeks later and they still won't refund the $2600, let alone the full $5000. They say the best they can do is apply it to the loan....LIKE THEY SAID IT WAS ALL ALONG. I feel cheated, scammed and humiliated. Definitely do not recommend doing business with this dealership.
