I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received
I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received at the Lexus service department in Grapevine. As a loyal Lexus customer, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and care. Unfortunately, my recent experience fell far below those expectations. I had scheduled an appointment for service and reserved a loaner car ahead of time. I arrived promptly at 1:15 PM, but while other cars were serviced quickly, mine was ignored. After waiting for some time, I asked the front staff about the delay. They told me that I didn’t have a service advisor and would need to wait until someone was available. I had to ask three times, as I was on my lunch break and had upcoming meetings. Eventually, Juan came over, but it was clear he was reluctant to assist. His demeanor was rude and unprofessional. When he finally took me to his desk, I explained that I was there for a simple oil change. Instead of accommodating my request, he tried to upsell additional services. I reminded him that I had already spent $15,000 at Lexus 11 months ago and didn’t need unnecessary services like a coolant replacement, which I had already completed. To make matters worse, when I mentioned the loaner car I was promised, Juan dismissed me with a curt tone, saying none were available. He asked me to wait again, showing no regard for my time or situation. Frustrated, I left. What made this experience even more disappointing was the clear disparity in how customers were treated. It seemed that because I drive an older car, my service was deprioritized, while other customers with newer vehicles were assisted promptly. I’ve owned Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Acura, and BMW vehicles, and I’ve never encountered such unprofessional service from any other dealership. This experience was unacceptable, and it has tarnished my perception of Lexus’ commitment to customer care. I hope the service team at Grapevine takes this feedback seriously and improves their professionalism, responsiveness, and overall service quality.

True color of a dealership only shows when you run into a issue and it did in my case. I was sold a certified Lexus that started making muffled sound after 1st very first week in the front driver cabin and made my wife stop driving the car. Upon raising it to the dealership they plainly ignored and said it is my 'bad luck' with no help and no regard to customer service. When I asked them to stand behind and support me and how could they certify a car with known issues they plainly denied it and said it will cost me another $$$$ to move into a similar car. Sheer nuts here, first you buy car for $50K and then pay another $$$$ to get a decent car without any troubles!!! Crazy dealership, please don't trust them selling a certified car. They pretty much can make even a defective car new again with label of certification.

Zero stars for Park Place Grapevine!
Zero stars for Park Place Grapevine! I brought my car to Park Place for the second time regarding the same issue. The front end has always made a horrible noise a loud creaking noise like suspension or axel issues. My car is a 2024 bought in 2023 and had less than 10K the first time I asked them to look at the issue and they told me nothing was wrong. Second time the car had 16K miles and I was misleading by my advisor Colton more than once. First, he told me Friday they could not find an issue with the car, so they needed to keep it another day to have a specialist look at it. Saturday I never received an alert that my car ever moved, so no specialist looked at my car. Monday, they tell me it is a problem with the axel, and they needed another day for the diagnostic specialist to confirm. Tuesday Colton text and tells me that they put lube on the system, and the car was fixed and I could pick up the car. When picking up the car Colton did not have the guts to come speak with me, this is unprofessional to not speak to your client upon pick up. So now I will take my car to Sewell Lexus to find out the problem and get it resolved. Park Place seems to not car about their clients. I will no longer use Park Place Grapevine for service parts or buying a vehicle. Colton you and your service department lost a customer.

Critical Review of Park place Lexus Grapevine Salesman -
Critical Review of Park place Lexus Grapevine Salesman - Shon I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Shon, a salesman at a Lexus dealership. From the start, it was clear that he lacked both knowledge and professionalism. He didn’t know anything about the vehicle he was trying to sell me, and when I asked about the car’s features, instead of providing answers, he kept deflecting. He told me someone else would explain the car to me later — but I needed to know what I was buying before committing. After several requests for clarity, he said “tell me what’s important for you to have and I’ll tell you if it’s on the car” — an incredibly lazy response from someone who should know the product inside and out. The paperwork process was even worse. He had me sign documents that he could not explain, including a blank affidavit. When I asked for clarity, he couldn’t justify why it was needed or how it would be used. This felt careless and unprofessional, especially considering the importance of legal documents in such transactions. On top of that, he failed to secure a required document for my trade-in. Days after the purchase, I received a frantic call from him, saying I needed to urgently sign something for them to process my trade-in. When I couldn’t call back immediately, I asked him to send the document by email, but it never arrived. I checked my email throughout the day and evening, yet there was no sign of the promised document. The next day, I followed up again, only to have him ask for my email address — which I had already given him. Still never received an email but he continued to send harassing texts throughout the day asking why I wasn’t calling him back, and when I told him I had been in meetings all day and promised to send it to him before the end of the day, he became more impatient and claimed he had contacted me on Monday, a day earlier than he actually had, likely to avoid getting into trouble with his manager for mishandling the process. Overall, Shon was phony, dismissive, and entirely unprofessional throughout the entire process. His lack of product knowledge, mishandling of paperwork, and relentless badgering made this the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Despite claiming he’s been in the business for 17 years, it was clear he didn’t know the documents he was having me sign, let alone the car he was selling. I strongly advise against working with him. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, it would be in your best interest to seek assistance from another salesperson. Doing so will spare you the time, frustration, and inconvenience of dealing with someone who appears both unprepared and unwilling to fulfill their responsibilities effectively.
