Brooklyn VW service was a terrible experience.
Brooklyn VW service was a terrible experience. I dropped my atlas sport off to have it repaired under warranty for faulty infotainment system. The part was ordered and I left my vehicle at VW overnight. I was told by text by a service tech esquiel that my car was ready the following day after the new part was put in. My wife took uber there to pick up the car but they changed their story last minute about how the part wasn't the right one or that it wasn't installed properly. They were speaking in riddles. We lost time and pay and to say they would give us a loaner vehicle however they didn't have one at their location!!. It took all day up until they told us to come there that the issue wasn't fixed. They wasted our time. Me and my wife both work and can't afford to work around their schedules. Time to move on to another VW dealer and see if they can rectify this issue. BROOKLYN PEEPS stay away from these amateurs.....

Worst experience ever.
Worst experience ever. The management at this place is non existent. If a customer waits months for a repair and a manger says nothing throughout all the correspondence it’s a clear indicator on how this place is run. I will definitely be writing an extensive letter to corporate. With these type of business practices, I don’t forsee the manager or place sticking around much longer.

I took my 2017 Mitsubishi outlander sports to have my Catalytic converter replaced after it got stolen. After I collect my vehicle I drove to PA my vehicle broke down on the highway I tow it to a dealership I found they installed an aftermarket catalytic converter in my vehicle. I cost me $975 .00 to fix . I took the vehicle back to them they removed the aftermarket catalytic converter and replaced another after market converter. If you took your vehicle there for that reason check out your vehicle to see what they installed..

Enquired about a car and had an exchange with Myra, asked for the out the door invoice, she was very keen on getting my phone number but never got back to me. May well have bought a car today, not really sure what's going on with these guys. Would have been risky making the journey there for sure. Update. After, received a few emails as if I'd never spoken to them, inviting for a test drive, and to speak to the manager, George, etc. Still refused to give me the out the door price. Shady vibes, not sure if the car ever existed. They just want to get you in there by any means, then will come the kicker.

They really sucks.
They really sucks. Once they get you to buy from them, pray that you do not need their service after. No communications, on two occasions, I heard noise in my hood while driving on the express, Reason? Their mechanic forgot their tools in my engine. I can already tell from my minimal experience in speaking with this dealership about a Certified Used Car that they are playing games and ready to stack on the fees. There seems to not only be no transparency in terms of pricing, but in actuality it's obfuscated specifically because they add thousands and thousands of dollars in different fees that are dubious-at-best and outright-fraudulent-at-worst. I would run the other direction.

DO NOT GO THERE. I gave 1 star in order to write the review. I traveled all the way from NJ for a car that they listed for $28,848. After test driving I decided I like the car. That was until they came up with $37k+ after fees. 1 fee I felt was RIDICULOUS was for not using their bank. Another was for features they added to the car. So why not add that to the price on the window? Basically they wanted me to pay almost 10k more for the car because I wasn't financing through them and most likely because I am a woman and was by myself. Oh and the sales manager mentioned his "incentive" during our conversation. How unprofessional. FIND ANOTHER DEALER.

Very unwell people. I truly hope they get help for their dysfunctional repair shop. Had the worst experience of my life and have been in tears for a month of torture, lies and horrific treatment. They have no care or concern for their customers and treat people like animals. Please do not go here. Warning. My friends and colleagues have done everything they can to help me remedy this. They even offered to go down there and speak to people. No one calls back and they play mind games…. Please please please don’t ever here. these are mentally ill individuals. Other volkswagen auto shops in the long island area helped me because they felt horrible and said they have never heard of anything like what i had been through. Have spent hundreds of dollars and rentals and ubers and they wouldn't help me.. they will not help you and don't care. All the reviews speak for themselves. The sales team in brooklyn said they “know all about it”. They are just as bad. Be very careful friends! Update: i towed my car to another VW shop and they ordered the “backordered” parts that this shop claimed took over a month in 3 days. They said it will be there by tuesday & i walked out with a loaner. They felt terrible and the manager of the auto shop tried calling brooklyn vw for me- no call back. It’s so sad how sick this place is. Not to mention, they put VW into a bad legal spot.. i offered to pay for the part myself and get reimbursed so i could get my vehicle back because i knew the part was in NJ ( where my current autoshop ordered the part from). Don’t ask me why they lie.. all they did was upset a customer & now create a serious problem for the corporation. That being said, I filed a complaint against the auto shop with corporate. My suggestion would to be pull your car out and see how it goes. They affected my health so much and i have now started the long process to hold them accountable.
