Robert met us on the lot to introduce himself. After he described a few options, he left us alone to shop. When we decided to continue, he was with us all the way. He explained the motor to us, described the features, and once we purchase it, he thoroughly reviewed all the options - both inside and outside. I had no idea Subaru was such a great car! My partner was extremely impressed by how smoothly the purchase of this car was.

My husband and I were comparing several models of vehicles before deciding, and when we got to Clements, Robert took the time to sit down with us and explain how Clements is better than the other guys. They have a much different, and in my opinion better, process than other car dealerships that stick you in the first car they can get you to test drive and then talk pricing and options. Roberts got all our information first, and then made suggestions on what we could test drive based on our budget and what was on our wish list. He never pressured us into the sale, but was helpful, encouraging, and very informative during the entire process. He understood our financial situation and wanted to help make sure we did not end up "upside down" on another car loan. This has been the best car shopping experience we have had! Even after the purchase was done, Robert got us in touch with service right away to get the protective coating applied. They fit us in first thing the next day and had a shuttle to take me to work and pick me up!

We traveled an hour to Clements based on a car that we saw on their website. We were so fortunate to have Robert Anthis assigned to us as our Product Specialist. Robert has a great personality and is very knowledgeable about Subaru. We were sold, and in a very short time he handed us the keys! Robert spent a considerable amount of time with us making sure we understood all of the "bells and whistles" of our new car, and even helped us old fogies synch our cell phones via the Bluetooth function. I guess you are never to old to learn new tricks... We loved the no haggle policy. There was never any pressure to purchase, just honest consideration by Robert that the car met our needs. We will be customers for life!
