We are loyal Honda buyers, so deciding on a Civic Sport

We are loyal Honda buyers, so deciding on a Civic Sport for our son was a no brainer. What I didn't expect was the wonderful service we received from Mohamad Shareef at Howdy Honda. Mohamad was so kind and easy going and he made our son feel instantly comfortable. There was no hard sell, just a willingness to answer all our questions. We needed some minor service a few days after bringing the car home, and Mohamad and the Howdy service team got it quickly taken care of and my son had his car back by the end of the day.

Clark Yoder and Neil Pratt in used car department went

Clark Yoder and Neil Pratt in used car department went way above and beyond when helping me get into another car. I totaled my previous car on an icy 🥶 overpass. Clark Yoder was exceptional at getting everything done, plus was able to get me a vehicle to drive for a short time. Neil Pratt was exceptional at making the paperwork a lots less painful and helping get a loaner for me. They are way and above exceptional employees that CARE about people first.

This dealership’s service department literally gives you

This dealership’s service department literally gives you the runaround every time you go in. From the first service on a brand new 2021 Honda pilot until today in 2023 when literally, nothing can ever be done. This has had the start stop issue (that they say don’t exist) since the beginning. Asked to speak to a manager, they are either in a meeting or not available and you can’t leave a voicemail. When asking for anything more than an oil change or basic services it’s over. Anything else that might go wrong and you think it’s covered under factory the warranty forgot it, the vehicle might as well considered not covered under the “ bumper-to-bumper” warranty.

Car shopping is extremely stressful, but Howdy Honda made my experience extremely easy and comfortable. Peter was an excellent resource in sales and Neil was amazing in finance. I’m so grateful for the experience and to be in a new car I’m confident about!

Great Experience at Howdy Honda.

This was The BEST experience that I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle, thanks to Sales Representative, Jason Goemer. A delight to work with. He was professional, wanted to meet the needs ands wants of my purchase. The Finance Dept was professional and helpful. Make ready had it ready for me in 2 hours.

Don't bother going here.

Don't bother going here....they will hide the window sticker from you in the glove compartment if you dont bother to ask to see it....they will tack on an extra 10,000 dollars saying they have to pay for things like chip shortages and labor shortages and whatever else they can think of.....and they wont negotiate at all....you will never see a sales manager because they are hiding from you....I would rate them a 0 stars if that was an option....

We had an ok experience buying a 2023 Honda Odyssey

We had an ok experience buying a 2023 Honda Odyssey earlier this year - no bait and switch, paid MSRP but didn't even really try to negotiate. They did sneak in a service contract worth $3500 (we had to bring 3 kids to the deal closing and were underwater on the previous car so it was a complicated transaction), but I noticed in time to get a full refund. However my first and only service experience last week was dismall! "Express service" appointment at 11:15am on a weekday, they said 2.5 hours when I booked and 3 hours when I checked in, in the end I didn't get my car back for 5.5 hours, unreal. I had to spend $50 ubering home and to go get my daughter from school, would have missed pickup for my other kids if it'd taken any longer. No one even warned me it'd take so long, I had to keep harassing them. I'm dreading bringing it for recall service and may not even use the remaining free oil changes because that was such a hassle. If someone in management sees this soon, please contact me - I want a refund for the prepaid oil changes we chose too, the small savings is nowhere near worth it.

We found ourselves in desperate need to switch our leased

We found ourselves in desperate need to switch our leased SUV out for a truck with more towing power. We still had a year to go on our current lease but Howdy Honda was willing to work with us as always. When I reached out, Mohamed was the first person I spoke with. From the start, he was very communicative and flexible. He really made me feel at home when I got to the dealership. He helped me find the perfect truck for my needs and thoroughly walked me through every feature it offered. The paperwork work process is always time consuming but Mohamed was great to hang out with through it all. He even made sure I was hydrated by offering me basically bottomless Gatorade. 😅 He really hyped me up and was adamant that I take a photo with my brand new Ridgeline. I’m kinda glad he did cause it made me realize I really need to tan my legs 👻 10/10 service! Hit ya boi Mohamed up for all your vehicle purchasing needs 🫡
