Jeff Swickard’s Audi Palo Alto is one of the best dealerships you can find. They made the buying process very simple and fast and Jakharee, Govans, Wilson, Q, and Hasan were all outstanding and I would recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a used or new car. From the first interaction with David Young on the phone

From the first interaction with David Young on the phone to the final handshake, I was impressed with how genuine and approachable and honest the service at Audi Palo Alto was. When initially I thought that the car didn’t have the features I wanted, David dedicated himself to finding one that does. When he inquired about what was missing, he kindly showed me that nothing actually was missing. This was the car I had been seeking. The price I found on my used Q5e was better than most, and the mileage was extremely low. I couldn’t believe the deal that I was getting. All steps along the way were pressure free and instead of pressure, I felt peace when I said I needed to walk away and think. They all agreed. Thinking is good, pressure is bad. It was on my drive home that I called back and asked for them to work the numbers again for me. They did and came back with something better. I will continue to shop at Audi Palo Alto when it’s time, but for now, I love my car!

Excellent customer service from start to finish.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Purchased a hard to find pre-owned Q6 etron Prestige over the phone with Raj, and he kept me informed all the way through being able to pick vehicle up seven days later.

Friendly staff with great snacks!

Friendly staff with great snacks! I knew what I wanted, and they did not play games or pressure me into things I did not want. Of course, they offered, but were not rude or aggressive. Samuel was great. Friendly and knowledgeable. Guided me the whole way. I would shop there again.
