Not firing on all cylinders
This was my 2nd experience with this dealership. The first one, I paid for my parts a week ahead of time and was told the part was there on the shelf and waiting for me. When my appointment came, and after sitting in the waiting room for an hour, my service representative came out and told me they didn't have the part. With my 2nd appointment, I scheduled service for 10:15pm on a Thursday. Upon arriving to the dealership, I was told it would take a day or two to look at my car. That's exactly how it turned out. It was mid-morning on Monday before I received a call with what needed to be done. If it was going to take until Monday before my car would be looked at, why did I schedule an appointment for Thursday morning? I can handle a few hours delay to get to my car because things come up. But this was unacceptable and between these two experiences, it shows me that the dealership is not organized, nor running in a professional manner.

I feel like there was a made up repair I had to pay for to get the warranty repair done. So not a happy customer, I think people need to be aware so I will spread the word. I hope you publish this. I don't think GM will. So I will be reaching out to GM to tell them how I feel . unhappy customer

Don't trust price on cars.com or dealer's website
Researched vehicles on cars.com. Found a vehicle I wanted at Mark Wahlberg of Worthington for $49,060. Viewed vehicle on their site which listed same price as "Final Price". Contacted to confirm availability. After being told it was sold, they called back to say that other buyer had backed out. We offered to make deposit over the phone. We were then sent agreement to sign with price. $5000 had been added as Market Adjustment making new price $54,060. We immediately stopped the sale. This is deceptive advertising and I can't understand how this isn't illegal. They are allowed to charge as much as markup as they would like and we as a consumer, can decide if we want to pay it. However it must be disclosed prior to any deposit being made. We would not encourage anyone to work with this dealership.

Great Service
