The owner is a jerk. He wanted me to thank him for wasting my time to test drive a car he advertised as the "off road model" of a Nissan Xterra and it wasn't even a four wheel drive SUV. What a pompous a**hole. Must be very desperate to sell a car. Buyer Be Ware!

I flew from Sacramento to Phoenix to buy a Nissan 370Z
I flew from Sacramento to Phoenix to buy a Nissan 370Z from Motor Market, and it was worth it. I’d been searching for a clean 370Z, and theirs looked great online. They sent me a video walk-around, which made me feel more comfortable about making the trip. When I arrived, the car was exactly as described—super clean inside and out. The team was honest, helpful, and there was no pressure to buy. If you’re looking for a quality car, Motor Market is worth the trip.

Satisfied buyer
Bought a Volkswagen Jetta 2011. Love the vehicle. Have had the car for a while now and I’ve had no issues. They have been very communicative, and not pushy.

Never got to say thanks!
A year after of using my car. I was suspicious so I took . It’s not always you get lucky with a used car like this. I bought my 2500 for a fair price to be honest, but it’s the best thing I’ve done. I just wanna say thanks to Abraham!

very special car buying experience
Paul and Jim were truly extraordinary from our first encounter to our last. The process was easy and very relaxed. They listened and heard our expectations and parameters for our vehicle and they delivered. Extremely kind people at Motor Market. Unlike any dealership we visited prior. These guys truly made this experience special. Thank you Motor Market for making my son's "first car" experience unforgettable. We are not only coming back to get our daughter a car but will be sure to refer our friends and other family to you. With much gratitude Dade and Lisa.

first time buyer and got the car of my dreams!
Just purchased my first car, an Audi A4. Paul, Jim everyone of the Motor Market staff members were very kind, attentive and helpful. Best car buying experience I have ever had, they made sure my satisfaction came first. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean vehicle. They have a really nice wide variety of cars and are willing to help you get the car of your dreams.

The one thing I hate is car dealerships. Though, I have to admit Abe and his team have changed my opinion. These guys are straight up shooters with non of the fluff. If you want to be treated with respect and not a peice of meat, go to Motor Markets

YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!
Worst car buying experience I've ever had! Spent over $3000 in repairs on a $32,000 car with extended warranty. They refused to help cover repair costs when I brought up the issues 2 days after we purchased. They said it was our fault there was so much wrong with the car! How could we cause that much damage in 2 days!!! The whole frame was missing 6 bolts and was soo unsafe to drive. Can't believe someone could sell a car to a family that could have literally killed us driving down the road!

Save yourself the hassle and money, and dont buy from Motor Market!

Dont buy from here. PAUL is a scam artist
I’m making this complaint today because I made a trade(trade in car: 2014 Nissan 370z(Appraisal from Motor Market: $12000 and $3000 cash down)) in purchased for the 2014 Maserati Ghibli(vin: ZAM57XSA8E1089345) on 5/4/22. The first day that I bought the vehicle I had issues as soon as the next day of the purchase . I went to Autozone to see what the check engine light code was and the code was an emissions EVAP leak code. I told the salesman that I was having issues with the vehicle due to a check engine light after the second day of having the vehicle. The salesman told me to bring the vehicle back to there dealership so they can go ahead and fix the check engine light issue. So I gave them my car that following Monday(week later after purchase) so the they can fix the check engine light. The dealers mechanic had the vehicle for about a week when they were trying to fix the check engine light issue. After getting the car back from the dealership for the issue. The check engine light went back on again. I told the salesman once again that my car once again had the same check engine like code. They again told me to bring back the car back in so they can again fix the check engine light issue. As soon as brought the vehicle to the dealership because the check engine light issue they Paul the finance employee told me that the car also was also not even registered because the they still need my car to pass emission due to the same exact engine light code. So I went ahead and left my car there so they can fix the issue but after leaving the dealership I was really frustrated because I bought a car that didn't even have the emissions done. I was not told that the car did not have emissions done the day of the purchase. I went ahead and told Paul(financial employee) and also the salesman that I no longer want this vehicle because the amount of issues that the car haves. Paul refused to give me my Nissan 370z back and also my $3000 down. This was about a month after purchasing the car. I was really shocked from the business Paul had gave me because they already sold my Nissan 370z and also refused to help me out of not having this car anymore. Paul told me that after I was complaining about the car not having emissions done and also having the check engine light on. He quote that "this slipped the cracks and it happens". I was totally upset because I just graduated college with my engineering degree at Arizona State University and really wanted a nice car because how I accomplish which was just a gift to myself that I deserved. I told Paul if the bank can reverse this and he told me that its to late because now the car is registered in my name. I also asked Paul if I can speak to the owner about my issue and Paul said that the owner does not want to talk to me about my concern. I was even more frustrated because he should of understanded on how much issues the car is having and could of told the owner to exoculate my issue to the bank and give me my $15000 back so I can buy a car elsewhere. I had this car for about 4 months now and the check engine light code is still on, the A/C sometimes gives out on me and the power steering which I also told Paul about that the power steering is going out he he just said that the car is old and they have problems. I told him that my Nissan didn't even have close to having the amount of issues this car haves.
