Great experience at this dealer.

Great experience at this dealer. Danielle R worked with me to get the exact vehicle I wanted. She was attentive and responsive (even after hours) without being pushy. Whether it was Danielle, Mario with finance, or anyone else i interacted with, not once did I feel like pressured or not attended to. I would recommend this dealership to others

I'm a long-time KIA vehicle owner, and I found myself at this dealership looking for a new or used electric or plug-in hybrid to think about. Customer service, attention to detail, flexibility... all of them exceptional. Never had an easier and more customer-centered experience making such a high-ticket purchase ever, let alone at a car dealership of all places. Nothing but praise to the University KIA Durham team, especially Tracy Nickels for moving anything out of her way to make my family feel welcomed and listened to on a really hot summer weekend afternoon. But the proof is in the pudding: we didn't simply walk out of there satisfied — we drove out of there in a brand new car on that same day, happy as can be. Thank you for your outstanding service!

I had an incredible experience working with Tracy and the

I had an incredible experience working with Tracy and the entire team at KIA of Durham. Tracy was sweet, patient, and did her best to get me an incredible deal not only on the KIA I was purchasing but also the vehicle I was trading in. I had so many people from the dealership stop and check on me while I was there to ensure I was comfortable, well taken care of, and that I had everything I needed. I didn't walk in intending to trade my vehicle in, I was just starting the process of looking but the experience with Tracy, the rest of the KIA of Durham team, and the incredible deal they offered, left me walking out with my first ever KIA and I am beyond thrilled with my new vehicle.

Looking for a good “After The Sale”experience, you may

Looking for a good “After The Sale”experience, you may want to look elsewhere! Sure, they roll out the red carpet to get you in the door for a sale. HOWEVER, it is goodbye customer service before the ink on the paperwork has time to dry! Word of caution, if you are not well versed in reading the small print, do not skip reading every last document and question EVERYTHING! DOUBLE check, TRIPLE check the final numbers and again, QUESTION everything! This will help you avoid “after the sale” remorse! I speak from first hand experience. This dealership has two sides to them, their “before the sale” persona which is quite different from their “after the sale” persona! I, personally would not recommend this dealership to friends, family or foe!
