Fixed my issue.

I came to them after going to another Ford dealer with and issue with truck. The previous dealer didn't fix my issue after spending quite a bit for them to do so. Wyatt Johnson found my issue and serviced my truck and I have had no problems since.

good. my salesman was very knowledgeable and not pushy . he was very helpful and answered all questions i had. there were several trucks on the lot to choose from. the amount of time spent dealing with finance department went well and i was treated very well and will indeed buy another vechicle from kevin and the team at wyatt johnson.

New truck

I bought a new truck. The salesman was extremely helpful and courteous. The financing department was awesome. Overall, recommend this dealership

Service Department

Service Department was awful. Andrew was never available, contacted me to tell me he would be my care agent but I was the one making all the calls and inquiries about my vehicle. He told me that a loaner was not available and that it would cost me when one became available. Parts were ordered all were under warranty but I had to rent a car to be able to get around. I had to come to your Thompson Lane store to find out that he may have a loaner only to find out that my car may be finished. I was promised that I would get a phone call from Andrew or Kayla whom he was training but never heard anything from either one. I called him 3 times before getting my sister to take me back out there 45 minutes before your service department closed to find out that my car had been ready and that a loaner was part of the warranty agreement. So basically I passed d for a rental that should not had to and the ran all but a quarter tank of gas out of my full tank when I had the car towed to your facility. I am very disappointed with your service department. Customer service matters I just feel that I have been taken advantage of. Care agent was not professional really did not care about what me the customer needed. To me he worked very hard not to help me. He should have used that energy to make sure that me the customer was happy. I am not not !!! I do have a text message from Andrew about the loaner vehicle not being free and then Kayla made the statement that there was no charge to me for the loaner conflicting information.
