Worked with several people both online and at the Greenville site. I appreciate the business model of late model vehicles set at competitive pricing such that the negotiation process is negligible. Similar to Carvana (except no delivery) or carmax but I thought better pricing. Simple financing or cash payment options. Just compare, choose, sign and pay.

While buying a new car can be stressful, the best part of our experience was working with John and Anna. I highly, highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for the best bang for their buck to get a fair price for their vehicle. Car max cannot hold a candle to them.Very, very professional and very easy to work with. They will be my number one choice should I need to trade in a vehicle again.

I was extremely disappointed with EchoPark. I was in contact with a gentleman who helped me on a truck search for about 3 weeks. We found one on a Monday evening and with it being EOD we said we will secure the truck Tuesday morning. As soon as business hours opened I was on top of it. I sent over my deposit to my representative and signed all the needed documents. Truck is mine. 8 hours later I received a call telling me the truck has been sold to another customer. Unbelievable. How can you do that to a customer who has already made a deposit and the deposit was accepted?! The manager told me he would find a solution yet never did. He was urgent the first 24 hours and then I was no longer a priority. I gave them benefit of the doubt for 2-3 weeks and nothing (not to mention i was in need of a vehicle and giving that much time to make up for the error on their end is more than generous). I ended up going to a dealership. Do not use echopark, they will screw you over.

Everyone I spoke to was very friendly. The price of vehicle was more than fair. The price of my trade-in also was extremely fair. Communication was quick and effective. They worked with me to find the loan terms I needed. I was really skeptical at first but I'm extremely happy with how everything went. Matt at the dealership was very friendly and worked to make sure the process went smoothly.
