Service advisor Juan is always friendly and accurate. He seems very invested in making the service meet my needs. Loaner car was in good shape but I needed to put gas in.

Service advisor Stephen Newton did an exceptional job in

Service advisor Stephen Newton did an exceptional job in researching my service record at my previous dealership. He was able to verify that the sparkplugs had been replaced already 20,000 miles ago and thus saved me more than $600 for replacement of the sparkplugs during this most recent service

I had to bring in my 2025 Forester for a tire recall.

I had to bring in my 2025 Forester for a tire recall. It was easy to make the appointment and easy to check in. I was told that it would take 2 hours and it took 3 hours, but that was really ok. Luckily, my car was fine and didn’t need any repairs/replacement.
