IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD SERVICE KEEP LOOKING.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD SERVICE KEEP LOOKING. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I BOUGHT A CAR FROM HERE AND I COME IN FOR SERVICE AND GET TREATED LIKE A KID AND GET LAUGHED AT BY THE MAIN MANAGER JESSE BECAUSE HE REFUSES TO SERVICE A WARRANTIED PART AND KEEPS COMPARING THE AUX BATTERY TO A LIGHT BULB THAT YOU JUST REPLACE IT IF POWER TURNS ON THEN WHY KEEP LOOKING FOR A PROBLEM EVEN THOUGH ITS THE SAME PROBLEM AS BEFORE SOMETHING IS CAUSING IT TO GO BAD. I PAY FOR DIAGNOSIS, AND BEEN BACK FOR THE SAME PROBLEM AND THEY STILL REFUSE TO LOOK INTERNALLY WHAT IS KILLING MY BATTERY MY VEHICLE STALLS IN TRAFFIC WITH MY FAMILY IN THE CAR VERY DANGEROUS AND JESSE LAUGHS AND SAYS WELL WE WILL SCHEDULE A APPOINTMENT 2 YEARS DOWN THE ROAD FOR THE SAME PROBLEM WHEN IT GOES BAD AGAIN LIKE THIS TIME, THAT THEY WONT LOOK INTERNALLY BECAUSE HE WOULDNT DO THAT TO HIS WORKERS. SO AFTER I QUESTIONED EVERYTHING AT THE END HE GOT MAD AND TOLD ME RUDELY TO COME PICK UP MY JEEP THEY WILL NOT DO ANY SERVICE ON IT. AFTER I JUST PAID $200 TO GET IT TOWED THERE.

Outstanding Service at Perris Kia

I've been a Perris Kia customer since 2010 and I am very happy with the service department. They go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. Rose, the service professional went out of her way to see that my needs were met.

My experience at the Perris KIA Dealership

I have been bringing my vehicle to Perris Kia since 2014 and I thank the Lord that whenever I need anything done, I have had wonderful experiences. And in 2018, I bought a new car from them and I continue to bring it there for service or repairs and still receive great customer service and satisfaction, especially since I am a Senior Citizen on a fixed income and budget! 😊 And I highly recommend 👼 at ext.3905 or Carlos, both will hook you up! My experience at the Perris KIA Dealership

Stay Away From this Place

(0 STARS) I made appointment a week ahead of time for 2 recalls. I have an early appointment to drop it off 8 am. I asked what time do they close so I know when to pick my car up. The girl informed me that they might not get to it today so they get to it tomorrow. xxx.I said my appointment is for Tuesday not Wednesday. ( I asked for a loaner since its over night, they don't do loaner cars. Well your not keeping my car) She told me that Tuesday they only have 2 tech on staff and there are more cars ahead of me from yesterday. I asked why did they make an appointment for me on Tuesday if knowing that they only have 2 tech on staff?. Her reply Cause the computer lets us make the appointment, so I asked "IF you service department knows that your understaffed on Tuesdays, Don't make the appointments. Her responses again is to blames the computer. So not only the service department wasted my time and gas for driving there, they also wasted my husband time and gas. Then she continues to tell me that they have more tech on staff on Thursdays and Fridays.but I have an appointment today which is Tuesday. I ask for the manager and she said that he not here, so convenient right. I also mention this is the reason that their reviews are so bad online. I was pissed and I left. about 10 minutes later she call (I'm on the freeway by then) to let me know that the service manager (he happen to show up when I left) told her about the recall about the oil drip pan and computer software update and she didn't know any factors of the recall so I can come back and drop my car off. I told her that being in the KIA service department she should know about the KIA recalls and what is the procedure is for it. They need to all have classed in customer service. I also told her there is no way in xxxx I will ever take my car back there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!
