This place does not check for recalls. I was sold a 2013 kia optima with a do not drive recall that completely blew my engine less than a month later. When I say do not drive.. I mean Kia had to completely replace the engine. When I called to the lot about the issue. I was non-confrontational and was met with rude demeanor then told to get a lawyer. I informed them that carfax does not screen for recalls just previous accidents and ownership. You have to check NHTSA for recalls. Just a word of caution when dealing with this lot. Edit: 2021 Tennessee Code Title 55 - Motor and Other Vehicles Chapter 29 - The Motor Vehicle Recall and Disclosure Law § 55-29-103. Recall Database Report Universal Citation: TN Code § 55-29-103 (2021) Just in case anyone else needs this information.

Staff a was as very nice and courteous they allowed us the drive any vehicle we wanted, they weren’t over bearing. The problem is the price plus “taxes and fees”. Taxes I get but $2000 in fees is ridiculous! 1000$ transport fee and 995$ document fee! And he was unwilling to come off those numbers at all said some cost more to transport some cost less so it “all even out”. We drove 3 hours to look at cars there and did not buy one for that reason. Just be honest and make those car tag what you want to see it for it don’t screw people with “fees.”

My husband and I were looking for a new car to help save on gas. We found one prices at $12,999 on the website. Right under it says plus taxes and fees. We called to get the final cost and we’re told it would be $16,100. $3,100 in taxes and fees. What fees do they have because their site also says no dealer fees. We would’ve paid $15,000 for the car as anymore than that and it exceeded blue book value. He is not straight forward with pricing and will try to squeeze every last cent out of you.

Called, Pierce verified the car was available; I made a deposit to keep the car until we got there (about an hour drive). Car checked out and was very clean, and so we bought it. $500 for doc, title and taxes , but price includes six-month warranty from an independent provider. Easy, I was out of the dealership with the keys in about 40 minutes. Recommend!

I called the dealership and they had the car I wanted to buy still so I went there to test drive it. Then afterward they added extra 2k in “hidden fees” they have a $500 title fee, $1k transportation, and $500 for certification not built within the price of the cars price . Complete scam.

Thats definitely a money saver and it's great that they already know everything about the vehicle. They also provide CarFax with each vehicle and will go over it thoroughly with you.
