The bad reviews about this dealership are true. In addition to the normal tax, doc, and government fees that come with any car purchase, be prepared for an additional upcharge of at least $3,000 if they’ve advertised the car as having a “CPO warranty”. They also push loans with inflated interest rates offering me, a person with an excellent credit score of 820, an 8.6% interest rate!! What a JOKE of a dealership this place is. RUN (don’t walk) AWAY.

I should've read the other reviews before wasting hours

I should've read the other reviews before wasting hours of my time. THE AD PRICE IS A SCAM. I purposely called and spoke with Alec about fees that weren't advertised and he assured me that the only fee added to the price was a doc fee. I told Alec I would walk away from the deal if that happened and low and bahold they added 20% in fees to the price which came out to be thousands of dollars. Then they tried to walk some of it back to try to get the deal done. By that point I didn't trust anything they were saying so I walked out. Too bad for them because if they had advertised the car for a couple of thousand more I would have bought the car anyway without the antics. Unfortunately all the negative comments about car dealers are true and route 23 nissan isn't an exception. STOP THE SCAMS AND TRY TO JOIN THE HUMAN RACE!!

This dealership ran an ad for a vehicle which attracted my attention. When I got there, they bought another car for me to drive. I asked where was the vehicle I saw and they xx'ed saying "well this disclaimer at the bottom of the ad says this vehicle may be a representation of a vehicle we may have in stock." The General Manager is the President of Liars Inc.

Bar none, the absolute worst dealership I've ever tried

Bar none, the absolute worst dealership I've ever tried to buy a car. I would do a deal with the devil himself before giving route 23 nissan a dime!!! Do yourself a huge favor and take your business elsewhere.

Dishonest dealer.

Dishonest dealer. Was charged 4.400 in warranty charges.and never was told about it.

The advertised price isn’t just a ploy to get you into

The advertised price isn’t just a ploy to get you into the dealership. They attempted to pass along the cost of repairing the vehicle calling it a refurbishing fee of nearly $3000. They also said we had to pay for the low jack anti theft system they installed which was another $1000. Next was the optional bumper to bumper protection package for $1250. To add insult to injury, they offered well below the KBB for our trade and had higher interest rates than any other dealership we’ve visited. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time!

BEWARE!

BEWARE!!! THIS PLACE WILL ADD FEES I showed up early for a 4pm appointment to look at a vehicle on the lot. I got there early even and was told to have a seat. I got 5 confirmation texts today up to 20 mins before arriving to confirm my appointment. When I arrived someone else was looking at the car so not sure what the point of an appointment was. When I called and spoke with Alec his words were “we have had this vehicle for a while so there’s definitely some wiggle room” Anyway. This place wanted an ADDITIONAL MANDATORY $4,999 for their pro plan xx that covers maintenance, dings, dents, scratches etc. If you plan on using this dealership be prepared to spend thousands and thousands more in hidden fees. Complete waste of a 4 hour trip

I called about a 2021 Grand Cherokee Limited X and scheduled an appointment with the dealership the following Saturday. I received a call confirming the vehicle I wanted was still available and ready. I arrived and was connected with a young personable salesman named Eliijah. He answered all my questions, took me for a test drive and presented me with no nonsense sales contract. He never tried to upsell me. His style and professionalism was very refreshing
