Terrible experience at this dealership.

Terrible experience at this dealership. They added a bunch of unnecessary fees to the final price without properly explaining them. When I questioned the charges, the finance manager was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was wasting their time. It felt like they were just trying to take advantage of customers who wouldn’t notice the extra costs. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

My experience this past weekend revealed all the negative

My experience this past weekend revealed all the negative things people associate with a "used car salesman" I am looking for a very specific used car, a red or gunmetal grey Nissan Rogue. I called the dealership before heading over to see if they had any on the lot. I spoke with Alec Montalvo. He was very sweet and told me he did have 1 gunmetal grey rogue that met my criteria, and he made me an appt to see it. He said they would have the car pulled around when I got there. I walked in and said I had an apt with Alec. Suddenly a salesman named Mario Grannison came over. I said I had an appt with Alec and in a very condescending way he told me “Alec just answers calls in the back”. Ok. So we sat down and he asked what I was looking for. I told him a red or gunmetal grey (not silver) Rogue year 2020 or newer for $20K. He flat out says “That doesn’t exist” To which I reply “ I just test drove two of them at two other Nissan dealerships…..AND Alec said you had one here and that it would be pulled around for my appt” He again says “Alec has no idea what our inventory is, he just answers the phones”. Then pulls up two OTHER Rogues in his system (one black and one white) that are both in that same year and price range (SO I guess they DO exist). I again told him I was only there to see the gunmetal grey Rogue. He says, “Don’t worry, we will find the perfect car for you today” At that point I stood up and flat out walked out the door. Then, and this is the best part, a few hours later, I get an email from Mario himself, thanking me for coming in and sending me the specs for the car I test drove (I never drove or saw a car). The specs he sent were for the gunmetal grey car that Alec has made me the appt for. WOW. I mean, how stupid do you have to be to send me this type of email after I stormed out. I have since emailed and texted his supervisors asking for a call back which no one took the time to do. Hence this review.

Very deceptive practices.

Very deceptive practices. I saw the car advertised here called and had all questions answered, confirmed everything and made an appointment to come in, they called me right before i showed up (to disorient me?) and said another customer is there right now trying to buy my car, well I drove for two hours to get there so may as well wait, anyway, the car turned out to be $12,000 more than the advertised price, while I was there the price got changed on cars.com, and then they all said "oh, I'm so sorry, don't know how that happened, in our system it is the correct price". Maybe an honest mistake, or common practice, I guess time will tell, but I'm not driving there again.

BEWARE - After reading the very concerning reviews of

BEWARE - After reading the very concerning reviews of this dealership, I still engaged to review a car for my daughter. I called and spoke with Christine 1000am yesterday, very pleasant and confirmed the car is on the lot and available and I can make an appt. Done, made appt for 700pm. I called back at 200pm again for full disclosure of their proposed fees. Another topic. Again car is ready for me to come. I arrived at the dealership 530pm early. Met with Karl the salesman. You are required to give them your license to look at a car. I questioned them and the response was if you test drive you must present it. What if you dont? Still have to? This is their game. SO I did. Karl disappeared for 20 minutes. Came back to say the car and key are gone and he is still looking for it. Then he says it was taken to the body shop to fix a bumper. The pics on their website shows the car being immaculate. No body damage. Karl then states I have a similar car in white that is available. Same price and mileage. Why not I thought. He finds the car and while the exterior was fine, the interior appeared children had an ice cream fight in the back seat. Totally trashed. I asked you are presenting as CPO car that has gone through inspections and detailing and this is what you are proud to present to me? He had no answer. I said it time to go Karl. He stated I can show you better cars. He walks me to the showroom to see the GM Bruce? He states sorry about the mix up. I said Bruce I too am in sales, I called 2x and your team confirmed the car was here. I drive +50 miles to come here. He said the car will be back tomorrow and we can face time the car. Bruce, you get 1 chance to make a 1st impression. You failed miserably. Shame on you and Butler Nissan. STAY AWAY PEOPLE

BUYERS BEWARE!

BUYERS BEWARE! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! Please read all of the reviews that DO NOT recommend this dealership. They are all true. Outrageous hidden fees, extremely deceptive practices, total lack of communication. The internet prices is NOT the price, add on $5k and up in ridiculous fees that will not be disclosed to you by the sales rep nor gone over until you inquire. Management does not care about customer service or satisfaction. This dealership takes advantage of customers, bait and switch galore, and gives the runaround, claiming to be helping and issue that they created with deceptive practices. All of the negative reviews are true! Give your business to a different Nissan dealership. This was the worst and most uncomfortable dealership experience I have ever had and I discourage anyone from making the same mistake.
