I was on my way to see the Honda Accord Hybrid when I received a message that another prospective buyer took it out to have it inspected by their private mechanic. I was very disappointed. Legitimate auto dealers don’t do business in this manner! Thanks for confirming my suspicions and I’m glad I went with a REAL dealership!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OUT OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. They are the lowest of the low. They clear check engine light codes instead of fixing the problem, spray paint over rust to hide it, and will sell you a car with a smile of their face knowing there are problems with it. I purchased a truck from them around 3 weeks ago. Went there to test drive it and was shocked to see it was almost out of gas. When I asked the sales rep to put gas in it, he said “sorry, we are out of gas”. I should have taken this as a clear sign that they were hiding something but I took it around the block (again, would of liked to take it further but it was almost out of gas). Everything seemed fine so I came back and finished the paper work. On the way home my dash light up like a Christmas tree! Timing chain, sensors, phasers, etc. all needed to be replaced. I AM 100% POSITIVE THAT THEY KNEW ABOUT THESE PROBLEMS, cleared the check engine light codes and only put enough gas in the vehicle so I could only take it down the road instead for an actual test drive. Because if I would have driven it 10 extra miles all this would have come up in the test drive. They knew exactly what they were doing. AGAIN, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They will screw you out of thousands of dollars.

Highly discourage buying from this fraudulent dealer. Purchased a 2010 Prius($6000) only for the engine to blowout while driving home off their car lot. Turns out the engine block had a crudely patched hole and disabled dash alarms. After a $12,000 repair estimate plus fees associated with the breakdown, John & Son’s offered $2,000 to cover “some cost”. They reminded me it was bought As Is then recommended a muffler shop/salvage yard for the engine swap. Buying from a private party will give you the same quality/expectations without the ‘dealer’ markup on price. Avoid their scam.

Fantastic experience. Luis did a fantastic job showing me the car I was interested In. If your looking for a hassle-free honest locally owned dealership this is for you. I was able to get my new car at a good price and it runs like a dream. My prior car needed some work due to the door being dented In. They offered me a really fair trade-in price. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me and they felt like honest friends to me. I will be continuing to use Jon and son's auto sales for future cars.
