Brought car in for service. Greeted as soon as we arrived. Service advisor explained everything that was being done that day and assigned us a loaner car, told us we would receive a text when our car was ready. Received a text in the afternoon, picked up the car with no issues. Service advisor also helped us with a few tech questions we had about the car. Great experience overall.
