Very rude people I dealt with specifically Jason.

Very rude people I dealt with specifically Jason. Called me 20 days after I picked up my car to ask if I took it, could have been stolen and they don’t even care. Did not take my coupon because I did not leave it in my car when I dropped it off, I was a new customer how would I know. Would make sense you give it at check out. Never going back.

Overpriced for oil change service.

Overpriced for oil change service. Waiting area needs to be more handicapped accessible. Too many stairs. I submitted my issue with the charge and was promised it would be looked Into. Never heard back.

Scott met us outside and was very helpful as we were

Scott met us outside and was very helpful as we were looking for a used Yukon that we had done a search for. He was able to find it in no time and let us try it out. He went over every little detail of the vehicle and we did sign the P$S that day. He actually delivered it to the following week after it was detailed. There was no pressure to purchase if we felt it wasn't what we were looking for.

So since the delivery date, nothing but issues. One day while parked we were watching a parade and were backed up to a side walk with the tailgate closed with the key in my pocket. The tailgate all of a sudden started to open on it's own and no one was near the sensor. This must have happened about 15 times. We had the car delivered back to Albrecht by AAA. We were told it was only the key fob battery that needed to be changed. It seemed to work, though I did turn off the auto open/close sensor. This past week I turned the sensor back on and now nothing in the car works, won't lock, won't autostart, won't open tailgate with either FOB. Prior to delivery they installed something in the rear wiper to make the glass section of the tailgate open with the FOB, that's when this all started, not sure if it's coincidence. Not really happy with this vehicle.

Albrecht GMC of Wakefield provided a terrible car buying

Albrecht GMC of Wakefield provided a terrible car buying experience. The negotiation process was filled with blatant dishonesty and deception. The dealership used a variety of tactics to undervalue my trade-in, including presenting a skewed list of auction transactions and making false claims about the vehicle's condition. Despite agreeing to a deal with the salesman to the point where he shook my hand and said “congratulations”, the sales manager came back out and reneged on the agreement, forcing me to pay more than the original agreed-upon price. The dealership's complete disregard for customer satisfaction was evident in their handling of the vehicle delivery. They, particularly the finance manager, blamed my insurance company for delays, even though it was their own incompetence that caused the issue. They lied and said they couldn't deliver the vehicle on the promised date because “my insurance company dropped the ball”, despite having all the necessary paperwork from them a day earlier. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Albrecht GMC of Wakefield to think twice. Their dishonest practices and lack of integrity are unacceptable.

Scott Dunn and his team did an amazing job.

Scott Dunn and his team did an amazing job. They truly put the customer first and went out of their way to get me my new truck!! Not only did they get me pre approved without having to come into the dealership, but Scott took time out of his day to deliver my new truck to our house and take my old truck back in the same day. All paperwork was signed at home and it allowed me to not have to take a day off of work. I truly can't thank them enough for their hard work and dedication. They have made me a customer for life and I recommend anyone and everyone to please go check out Albrecht GMC in Wakefield and you can see for yourself how amazing they truly are!! Thank you Scott!!! The new truck is amazing by the way!!

My sales rep John Warren was excellent.

My sales rep John Warren was excellent. Very informative and helpful, he was an excellent instructor on the use of the many vehicles functions. Randy Davies got the ball rolling with his extensive knowledge and great pricing initiatives! Together they improved my opinion of "car salesman" as a whole, a little joke there. Anyway, couldn't be happier with purchase/lease agreement with Albrecht GMC of Wakefield. A five star experience . *****
