Shady dealership

I put a $1000 deposit to hold a car I wanted to look at the next day. After a horrible experience with the sales manager, I walked out and they said my deposit would be refunded, but it may take 7-10 business days to clear. I checked in after 7 days and they assured me the refund was processed the day I left. On the 11th business day, after multiple unreturned phone calls and text messages, they finally processed the return (the receipt shows they never processed it earlier), and it has still not cleared into my account. Be wary of giving these guys any money, save your time and shop somewhere else.

Fantastic Experience!

Northwest Motorsport is fantastic! We recently had to replace our truck and we contacted NWMS. Jordan and Adam (Puyallup store) assisted us. They truly wanted to know what our expectations were and what we wanted. NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS! They found our truck and it was a very fair price. I highly recommend Jordan and Adam from Northwest Motorsport!!

Highly Recommend - Ask for Justin!

Justin White was great to work with! I called several dealerships nationwide looking for a 2014 FJ Cruiser Trail Teams edition, and he was the only person who sounded like he actually enjoys his job on the phone. He sent me a virtual tour within an hour and we talked quite late several evenings trying to figure out the logistics for getting the truck to me halfway across the country. No high pressure tactics from Justin nor his finance manager (Marty), just good, sound business. Tiffany with the administration was very helpful and kind, too. I'd buy a truck again from Northwest Motorsports!

If only you were nice

Stopped by the Lynnwood location and the sales rep Aaron and I can say with full honesty I will never buy a car from you because of how brash and rude he was. He recommended I go to BMW instead of showing me what he had on the lot. And I will take the advice to heart. Also, he didn't bother wearing a mask while talking with me.

Terrible and untruthful

Sold the vehicle we drove from Olympia to Puyallup to purchase. Tried to up-sell us on a vehicle $10k more than the Jeep we came to purchase. We had an appointment at noon last Friday. When we arrived our salesman that we had been dealing with through text and phone calls, stated he had "several other customers that he needed to help". So he dumped us on another salesman. They found us an older,higher mileage and more expensive Jeep at their Marysville location. They had my wife go in alone and refused to let me in the office to negotiate the deal. She is an ER Trauma Nurse and just came off of a 16 hour shift at a local hospital and after 6 hours in the sun waiting at the dealership was exhausted. They definitely manipulated and used the COVID-19 situation to their advantage in this case. They closed at 6:00pm and didn't arrive from Marysville until 6:05 giving us no time to test drive the vehicle except a quick trip down River Road. Only one key ($400 for a second), no tow package, transmission slip and wheel howling! And no return phone calls to address the mismanagement of our transaction as well as our concerns. Here's what you can take away from my experience: 1.This company lies! 2.Takes advantage of Direct Emergency Healthcare Workers during a time of crisis and capitalized on the situation. Taking advantage of a tired, stressed ER Nurse to benefit their finances.(They can only sell cars to people that fit a very narrow criteria) 3. No follow through on promises to handle the situation that they were the main contributor to creating. Bottom line for me: Stay away if you want to be in control of your own auto buying experience! The finance department wouldn't allow both of us to review and negotiate. They could tell my wife was stressed out and tired and totally capitalized on the situation and used it to their financial advantage. Shoppers beware! These guys bring the term "used car salesman" to a new low! No ethics or sense of community!

MIKE, was really cool with a great personality. I told him exactly what my price range was and the amount I was willing to spend and got me as close to my goal as possible.

Constant communication and fast service. Would definitely buy or refer again. Dan was easy to talk too and delivered my truck to AML as requested.

Quick and easy

Quick and easy. Was able to get me what I wanted and work with me on all hindering aspects. A week later, I am having problems with my car.. I have yet to hear back from customer service after being told by sales they would have them call.
