All done on the phone and whatever it said on cars.com that was what I paid. The salesman was very courteous.

Absolutely worst car buying experience I have ever had! Contacted salesman before driving 5 1/2 hrs. Salesman said car was available. When we arrived we drove the car and decided to buy. When we went inside to do paperwork. We were told by the sales manager the car had been sold the night before!

My mother took her Prius in for routine service and oil change and they charged her almost $6000 for unnecessary repairs. They are scammers and sleazeballs trying to take advantage of people. Stay far away!

Had an excellent experience purchasing a RAV4 Hybrid XLE. Sales team was very friendly and Ray the manager was a straight shooter. Never easy buying a car but they did a good job.

Horrible service department. Claimed I needed over $6k of repairs for wear and tear items in order to pass state inspection. Waste of time and complete unethical behavior. If your car is out of warranty take it somewhere else!

Don't bother. Bait and switch!! They called me to tell me they could offer a new Landcruiser at MSRP. Gave me the price on the phone. Told me to come in so they could look at my 4Runner on trade. I left work early, cut out of a kids things to do this. I get there, it's disorganized, wasted 15 minutes before anything started. I test drove the car. Then we started talking. They say these cars usually go for 10k over MRSP, and that's a good price. I did my research on the trade-in. When I told them the person on the phone told me the price, they seemed confused, and then when they showed me the price for my trade is, it was 12k less than the average KBB trade in value. Complete joke. Totally offensive. Waste of my time.

I feel cheated, from the beginning I made the mistake of trusting this dealer and in the end I was left with a giant debt for 5 years, I hope no one goes through my situation. In the end I managed to subtract about 6000 dollars added in services that I did not request.

Worst dealership ever. Stay away . After negotiations they take my deposit and as I was waiting for loan details they sold truck to someone else and took them 3 days to return deposit .
