My elderly and ill mother paid $24k for a used car and 2 days later she is broke down - strut, axle and belt. The car had been previously wrecked. They are refusing to let her return the car. Glad I'm a paralegal and know plenty of lawyers and the AG. What is wrong with you people?

Trying to get a SUV
I went to the Charleston WV location. You all advertised 130% above blue book will I didn't get offered that. My truck blue value is 5124.00. You wanted my truck and 2000.00 for a down payment on a used vehicle. I won't deal with you again

Honoring the Ford plan
My husband and I ordered a new truck on the Ford A-to-Z plan in September. It arrived in January, a long week, but expected, no problem. We loved it. We arrive to pick it up and Dale Dents, the first thing he says is we are not honoring the Ford plan. It is dealer discretion. I could have went to another dealer where their word is good. Of course the excuse of Covid came up, however my son-in-law used this plan just last year, excuse no good. I am the first person in my family to be denied this benefit.

Its like cause i didt have good credit they didnt even want try to help me and I lost my mom about a year ago and all I need is for a little help and for some one to have a little faith in me but cant no one to to work with me and give me chance and I can show them I am a good hard working mom trying to live and raise her kids on her own. Just cant find no one to give me that chance and leap of faith.
